[AN: Previous chapter: Gulf ran away from Mew again. Mew gave him space. AA confronted Gulf and they fought.
Mew sought Gulf at the Suttinut household.]
19: Gulf vs. Kaonah
Mild almost fainted on the spot as Gulf kissed back.
He stood there, unsure of what was happening. Heck, he wasn't even sure he's seeing things correctly. His womanizer friend who had probably dated every pretty girl in campus is kissing a muscly rich man.
And it's not just another man. The CEO of Sonata has stepped foot on their very own front yard. He had only seen prominent figures on TV answering interviews or else sharing business inputs. He had never seen one openly declaring his love life and preference.
He gaped continuously as the two continued kissing. He covered his ears as the lip sucking became louder. Even as he coughed, the two didn't stop.
[AN: Remember the scene when he heard TharnType doing it?]
"Hoy!" he hissed. He wanted to shout, but he was afraid his parents and neighbors would see. Their gate doesn't exactly cover up privacy.
Both pulled away from each other, panting.
"Let's go home." Mew convinced Gulf, still ignoring the guy beside them. He clasped their hands together, afraid to let go. He took it as a good sign that Gulf wasn't pushing him away.
During his isolation, Gulf pondered if he should just disappear from Mew's life. But he knows in his heart that he didn't want other potential competitors to lurk around his boyfriend. If Mew said that he didn't kiss Kaonah, then he would believe him. Plenty of times, Mew had protected him. It was time for him to protect their relationship too.
Gulf nodded.
Mew let out a relieved smile. He hugged him tight, inhaling his neck and filling his stomach with his scent.
"Thank you." He whispered as they swayed on the spot.
"Um get a room?!" Mild suggested.
Gulf forgot that he was there. He turned red realizing that his best friend had seen everything.
"This. Is this what that guy was saying? You..." he pointed at Gulf and then at Mew. "And you. You're together?!"
Gulf bit his lip and nodded.
