[AN: Previous chapter: Mew and Gulf grew busy after Gulf left their condominium to work for their own store. Gulf's parents knew of their relationship and is against it.]
25: Gallais
He watched from afar as Gulf and his brothers opened the door of their branch to introduce their new collection. Customers lined up, wanting to get their hands on the new products. He stared intently at Gulf's figure, admiring his handsome face even from this distance.
"Can we go? Stop sulking will you?" Tong said.
Tong, AA and Mew stood from a floor above, observing Chocolate Clothing. They have just finished with a lunch meeting within the mall, but Mew just had to stop to get a glimpse of his boyfriend.
"Just a minute more." Mew said.
Gulf's parents didn't let him in that day that he followed them to their house. He didn't know what they talked about, but from the outside, he could hear arguments. Gulf had just sent him a message to go home and that he'll find time to talk to him after.
It's been a couple of weeks since.
He had already opened a new Sonata branch, expecting that Gulf would come at the last minute, but he didn't see hide nor hair of his lover. He attempted to visit the store but Gulf was heavily guarded by his parents. He didn't want to force them into liking him as it might just make the situation worse, so he believed in what Gulf had said about finding time to talk to him.
Did Gulf just silently broke up with him?
Not wanting to think of the possibilities, he walked away back to his office and he absorbed himself in work. He was tired mentally and emotionally and the only thing that could keep him from thinking about it was to work.
Tong knocked on his door. AA stood behind him.
"Are you not going home? It's already 10pm, Boss Mew."
Mew looked up. Indeed, there were no other people on their floor except the three of them.
"Go on. I'll just finish something. Tell my driver and bodyguards to go home also. I'll just drive home myself."
