07. 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙣 𝙤𝙣𝙚

"My grandma can fight better than that, dog !" shouted Baekhyun with a pissed off face.

"Because she's a fucking hunter" grumbled Sehun as he wiped his forehead.

Minseok and Sehun were sparring against each other, with Baekhyun screaming at them every time they made a mistake. Chanyeol and Jongdae were watching silently from the bench even though Baekhyun knew Jongdae kept his eyes on Sehun, ready to intervene. Baekhyun sighed when Minseok fell again.

" No my grandma is an old lady who loves to cook and raises dogs, real dogs by the way. But she can use her spatula better than you use your arms " replied Baekhyun.

Baekhyun heard Chanyeol laugh at his words. He grunted when the weird feeling swelled in his heart because of the sound.

Minseok and Sehun wrestled on the floor until the latter ended up seating on the former's back. Baekhyun ran a hand through his hair, caught Chanyeol's gaze on him and clapped once.

"Ok stop. Take a break even if you don't deserve it." He watched as the beta and the blonde-haired male stood up and went over to the two alphas to drink water and wipe their sweat.

"Beta if you keep holding yourself back, don't fucking come here ! You need to attack him with your full abilities, you're not helping him at all ! And Minseok, after two weeks you should be able to roll when you fell to get away from your opponent. Why am I wasting my time with you ?" He said sternly, anger radiating from him.

"You should calm down and take a breath Baekhyun" commented Chanyeol.

"Shut up Alpha, I'm not talking to you" retorted Baekhyun while his heart throbbed in his chest.

For the last two weeks Minseok had made some improvement. They were now training for three hours instead of two to allow Minseok to learn faster.

Honestly Baekhyun noticed how well Minseok was doing and the shorter would probably achieve his goal by the end of the month.

But he was still lacking in so many ways. Baekhyun saw Sehun playing with Jongdae's hair, before looking at the hunter.

"You know he's a human and he is only at the beginning of his training. I don't want to hurt him" the beta suddenly said.

"Bullshit" snorted Baekhyun while rolling his eyes.

" You shouting at us will not help me either" intervened Minseok with a frown.

" I do that on purpose idiot. You really think in real life there will be no distractions ? You have to focus despite the noise. That's why I keep interrupting you"

"And because you like disrespecting people" remarked Chanyeol faking a cough.

"Alpha you better keep your mouth shut like Jongdae did if you want to leave this room in one piece"

"Why are you calling Jongdae by his name and all we get is beta and Chan alpha" whined Sehun with a pout.

"He's the only one not pissing me off" answered Baekhyun.

In fact they had like a unspoken rule between the two of them. Jongdae didn't bother him as long as Baekhyun didn't step over his boundaries.

Baekhyun also felt like the brown-haired alpha knew more things than Chanyeol and was in general calmer.

Jongdae always seemed to analyze his surrondings to adapt his actions. But one thing never changed, his eyes would found Minseok often, like he needed to see him to feel relaxed.

Baekhyun saw in them a perfect example of mates. From what he had learned about that special bond that is specific to wolves, he always pictured it as the manifestation of deep trust and love.
