I been through a lot. Lost a lot of loved ones. Dealt with many heartbreaks. Built myself through all of it. It has made me the strongest woman ever. I bounce back. I love my story and I'll never change a thing about it. If The things that happened to me never happened some things would have never been revealed to me. Certain people wouldn't have came in my life. Like with Lucas and Keith I gained two mother figures. I finally felt what it was like to have a mother.
Lucas taught me love, patience ,and forgiveness. He gave me my daughter and son. He taught me how to live and have fun.
Keith was an angel, he taught me an unconditional love. He taught me about knowing my worth and what a deserve. I deserved everything that comes to me. He taught me positivity. He gave me my youngest daughter. A mini him.
I just love what my life has become. I'm finally at peace. My family is happy and healthy. Everyone gets along. There's no problems.
It was my birthday today, we didn't do much but stay home. It was just me and my family, I didn't want no get togethers. Everybody supposed to be social distancing anyways.
Lucas, Luna, Kalana, Isaac, and I just sat outside and ate breakfast.
"So what's your intro for this new life?" Lucas asked.
"Now that I am becoming older, I become wiser. I worry less and live more. I cast all my worries to God, and follow the steps he has for me. I walk by faith, not by sight. What's for me, will be for me. I will allow his will to be done. My duty is to be a woman of God, a loving wife and mother, and doing what my purpose in this world. I'm thankful to see another year, I've been in situations where I shouldn't be alive right now, but God put the right people in my life at the right times. I start this new page in this life, ready to live life to the full and love my family. I'm grateful for everything. I'm so thankful for my family. I love you all." I said smiling and trying not to fly.
"I love you too mommy " Luna said.
"I love you too mommy." Lana said cheesing.
"Wuh woo tew." Isaac said giggling.
"I love you more." Lucas replied kissing my cheek.
Then I kid you not, a little hummingbird flew to the rocking chair , that Keith always sat in when he went inside. That was his personal seat , his named carved in it too. The bird sat in the chair. I tell you where the chair is seated its not placed where any bird would just go. It's a whole ledge it can rest on,but it sat in his chair.
"That Daddy Keith!"Luna said.
"Daddy is a bird!" Lana said giggling.
I just smiled at them.
"I'd be damned if I came back as a bird." Lucas said as I playfully hit him as he laughed.
"I'mma try to hold him." Luna said.
"I don't think you should." Lucas and I said.
The bird flew over to Lana and sat on top of her chair.
"Hold your finger out Lana!" Luna said.
Lana did and yes the bird rested on her finger.
Lucas and I just looked at each other.
Life is Good. It's the little things , that make life so much better!
