It had been a few months now since doc first talked to the ghost and they grew closer each day. Doc found out that the name of the ghost was Grian and he really enjoyed listening to the storys that the small builder had to tell. Stories of how he pranked his friends when he was still alive and how he pranked old residents of the mansion Doc was now living in.

Right now Doc was sitting in the big garden behind the house and rested against a tree, while he watched Grian make a small flower crown. Well, he didn't really watch Grian, it was more like he was watching a floating flower crown that slowly got bigger.

Grian was rambeling on about how he learned how to make flower crowns from other hippies he used to live with, but Doc wasn't really listening.

He slowly bent forwards and reached with his hand out to where he thought Grians face would be and let his hand fall again with a sigh. Grian had stopped moving and Doc could now feel the builder staring at him. That was also a thing that was very wierd to him. He could always feel it when the ghost stared at him and it frustrated him. He wanted to see the face of the one he had been talking to for months now. Since Doc met Grian he has been searching up facts about ghosts.

Some say that ghosts are souls which are not done yet and left this life to soon. Which is why they are stuck here and won't get reincarnated. It's cruel but they have to stay until they full fill their destiny, only able to interact with blocks and  talk to certain players, but never able to feel warm again or to be seen by anyone.

Others say that ghosts are players that bugged into spectator mode when they died, but they are still able to interact with blocks and talk to players. This theory would explain why Doc is able to feel it when grian looked at him, but then again he started wondering if he could somehow manage to avoid the bug and see Grian.

Since that thought crossed the hybrids mind he had been pulling all nighters, which resulted in him randomly passing out, or have Grian force him to sleep.

The atmosphere right now was almost depressing though. Everything was quiet and even the birds stopped chirping. Grian new how frustrated Doc was, because he already vented to him about this a few times now and he could regularly watch the hybrid struggle to contain his anger and his tears whenever a new attempt to see him failed.

Grian slowly reached out for the other mans hand, knowing full well that Doc couldn't feel or see that he was touching him. Doc rested his head against the trunk of the tree again and closed his eye again with a pained expression. Seeing his friend like this hurt Grian. Doc was very dear to him and it would not take much for Grian to crush on the other male, but he knew that there was no chance they would ever be able to have a relationship like other couples.

"I want to see you so bad, ya' know?" Doc said and Grian smiled sadly.

"Yeah if your robotic eye would just be a bit more sensitive!" Grian said frustrated. Suddenly Docs head shot up. "What did you just say?" He asked with a slightly excited expression.

"Uh, if your robotic eye would just be a bit more sensitive?" Grian said, slightly startled. Doc nodded quickly.

"Yes! You might have a point with that, I'm gonna have to try that out now! I can't belive haven't thought of that!" He said while slappimg his forehead. Doc quickly jumped to his feet and rushed into the house and into a room that he prepared for testing and experimenting. Grian hesitantly followed him into the small lab and pushed his head through one of the walls. He immediately pulled it back out though, when he saw that Doc somehow removed his robotic eye and was now working on it.
