"Am I some kind of a joke to you?! What do you get from all of these?" Pasigaw na tanong ni Savannah kay Camilo. She was furious. Although a part of her mind tod her, - Gurl diba dapat relax relax ka na now? Like, someone paid for your utang in the tune of ten million pesosesoses? Diba dapat mag-thank you ka sa nagbayad kasama ng isang malutong na kiss? Wait, where did that come from? –she frowned from how her thought became outrageous all of the sudden.

Sumeryoso naman ito at umupo sa upuang nasa tapat niya.

"You might be bewildered by my actions but believe me, I have my own reasons. I can't tell you about it, but I can assure you that it can be a win-win situation... if we played our cards right." He continued drinking his coffee while she quickly went through the papers.

"There's a clause here that you will appoint someone to run the company in my absence, what's this?"

"Clearly, kailangan mong basahin ang buong contract but to answer you briefly I will appoint a trusted manager to run your company for now since you will be absent for most of the duration of this agreement. But that doesn't mean na wala ka nang say sa decisions - it's still your company, after all. Think about it like I gave you a vacation... I'm sure you haven't had a nice, uninterrupted sleep in a long while."

He sounded sincere. Pero hambog pa rin, pwe!

Nagkibit balikat na lang si Savannah at tumayo na. "Well, I heard you. I'm gonna go over this today. Expect a call from me later."

He also stood up wearing a smug smile on his face. "I'll be waiting for your call, honey."

"And don't call me honey, I'm not your honey!" Tiningnan niya ito ng masama. "I'll go ahead."

"Ihahatid na kita sa baba." There were curious glances from some of the employess when they saw them together. Nang makarating na sila sa parking area ay ipinagbukas pa siya nito ng pinto. Wow, may pagka-gentleman din naman pala sa dugo niya ang lalakeng ito, bulong ng maharot niyang isip. Pumasok na siya sa driver's seat at inayos ang kanyang mga gamit na inilagay niya sa backseat.

"Drive safe, baby girl!"

"What the fu---" Naputol na ang sasabihin niya nang bigla nitong isara ang pinto. Napatingin siya sa side mirror at may nakakalokong ngiti nga ito sa mukha. Kasi nga diba sabi mo 'wag kang tawaging honey?
