Lily's POV
I groaned as I woke up, turning around and reaching my hand out tiredly for Jaden, but his side of the bed was empty. Jumping up, my eyes widened and darted around the room, but he was nowhere to he seen which confused me even more.
I quickly got out of bed, ignoring the shooting pains in my legs as I threw on a hoodie and some shorts before making my way out of the bedroom and down the stairs.
It made a change for him to be up earlier than me, so I had to fight off a little shock when I saw him and the guys all sat on the sofa in the living room laughing about something- I'd obviously walked in halfway through the conversation.
"Morning." Greeted Kio, whom was the first to notice my presence and I smiled as I limped a little to the sofa, earning confused looks from the guys (bar one) whilst Jaden got up and offered me a hand, walking me to the sofa and proceeding to place me on his lap, which I didn't mind all too much.
"So, uh, Lil... you alright?" Anthony asked with a concerned tone whilst Bryce, Josh and Griffin shared knowing looks. I weakly smiled, somehow still tired.
"Yeah, I'm oka-"
"You're limping. What's up with that?" Bryce cut me off, straight to the point and I giggled for a moment, buying myself a little time to come up with a lie.
"Um... fell over yesterday, in the shower. Hurt myself a little." I explained and he gave me a disbelieving look whilst Jaden looked like he wanted to laugh.
"Riiiight. How many times did you fall over?" Josh asked, and Jaden, Anthony and I all gave him a weird look at the odd question, so he continued, "I just heard some weird noises last night. Sounded like you were 'falling over' a lot."The rest of the guys quickly caught on to what he meant, and for a moment I thought he was bluffing, before remembering that his room was next to my own and thinking about it Jaden and I may not have been as quiet as we thought we were.
"Holy shit! You guys- oh my-" Anthony exclaimed as my cheeks instantly began to flush and my eyes widened.
I gave Jaden a slightly worried look, unsure how he was taking to it, but he didn't look annoyed or anything, just a little embarrassed like I was.
"Imma go make a coffee." I muttered, excusing myself from the conversation as I got up from Jaden's lap and Jaden quickly joined me.
"Me too."
"No fucking in the kitchen!" Bryce told is and I rolled my eyes, sticking my tongue out at him like a true child.
"Fuck off, Bryce." Jaden voiced my thoughts and I smiled at him as we left the living room."That was not how I intended for people to figure out I'd lost my V-card." I stated with an amused tone and he chuckled a little as he nodded.
"Not how I imagined it either." He agreed as we made it to the kitchen.
"Oh, what's the time?" I wondered, remembering how literally everyone was awake so I must have slept in pretty late. He took out his phone and showed me the home screen, and whilst I was supposed to be looking at the time I couldn't help noticing his lockscreen was a picture of the both is us, specifically the one where we were both coveted in hickeys.
After noticing that I quickly read the time and gasped when I saw it was 3PM.
"Jeez, we must have fallen asleep pretty late." I muttered and he nodded in agreement, putting away his phone.
"I'd say around five or six in the morning."
"Wow."I did my usual routine of drinking my coffee, getting a shower and ect, I decided to video call Dexter.
Our conversation went as normal- and that meant ranting about anything and everything whilst I sat in my bedroom.
"So, anything else from Blake?" Asked Dexter and I shook my head, replying with a "Nope, I blocked him."
"Gotcha. Good call. Does Jaden know, y'know, what happened?" He wondered, suddenly lowering his voice as if worried someone was listening.
"Vaguely... He wants to know about my past, and I do trust him- it's not like I don't, but I'm just not sure if I wanna tell him everything. It's the past for a reason. I don't wanna focus on it." I explained, feeling as if a weight was being lifted off of my chest and Dexter tilted his head from side to side in half understanding.
"Eh, I get that, but at the same time he might get to understand you better. Understand why you flinch sometimes, and why you always assume the worst and the reasoning behind your trust issues-"
"Okay, I get it." I cut him off with a small and nervous giggle and he chuckled in response.
"I'm just saying, maybe try and talk to him about it, even if only a little, just so he knows enough to understand you."
"I'll try, at some point. Whenever it next comes up in conversation." I agreed and he smiled as he nodded.
"Good. I'm glad you guys are getting somewhere, finally. It only took, like, half a year!" Exclaimed the blonde haired boy and I rolled my eyes, raising my middle finger at him.
"Shut up... Oh, also, Payt told me he liked me- well, more so loves me." I told him, cringing slightly at how I'd said it. Was there a better way to word it?
