Bethanys POV
I got dressed and ready for this thing - honestly cant remember what it is - I cant even remember talking about it -

I put this on because its nice and casual and kinda fits in with the library vibe. Anyway i think this thing is for kids? or maybe old people? i dont know. but i do know that i have to be there around 8.30 to help Daniel before 9pm, so i grabbed my bag and got in my car then drove 25mins there. when i got there Daniel was wearing like half a suit-ish

(Without the mask) we both laughed when we realised what we were wearing was kind of the same
"hi beth" he said and shook his head "hey dani-boy" I said and laughed more, when I got it the entire library was decorated really nice and it looked amazing "dani, did you do this yourself?" I asked "kinda" he replied, I nodded and walked around "now remember - we have to man the snacks and drinks all night - no dancing for us" he said "no dancing the better" I replied. when this little party started a bunch of teenagers walked from the upstairs part wearing ball gowns and suits.
"dani what is this?" I whispered he laughed "a community party, when you were drunk you sighed us up for it and that's why we are doing this" "so your telling me - I could be wearing a ball gown and go to a ball but instead im stood here serving them - and its all my fault?" "exactly that" he chuckled I sighed as I put wrist bands on the different teenagers wrists, then a huge group of middleage/old people walked thru the front door and we had to give them wristbands too.
end of the night
we have been serving everyone drinks and snacks all night and it was really funny to watch everyone dancing together. when we cleared up I decided to go outside and have some air - but when I stepped out I got drenched straight away, it was absolutely pouring it down. as I stood there I felt myself being dragged back into the library
"what do you think your doing - your soaking now" Daniel said "oh yeah.... give me a HUG" I said and grabbed him straight away, we hugged and he got soaked too - in the heat of the moment as we were standing there in eachothers arms we kissed - again - when I realised what I had just done I pulled away quickly "I-im sorry" I said and walked off, he didnt say anything but he just stood there. I walked straight to the door and just stared at it for a second, then I felt a tap on my shoulder - it was amy, I guess she was at the party
"hey are you okay beth?" she said "I kissed him" I said "you did what now?" "I kissed Daniel - but it didnt feel right - I wanted him to be someone else..." "gee" "and now ive definitely messed everything up" I started to cry "no - you havent beth, this is good - you've kissed Daniel and you wanted him to be someone else, right? so that is good" "yeah but what if it is too late? Corbyn and I we broke up, what if hes already dating someone else?" "so what if you broke up? GO GET YOUR MANZ" she said. I smiled at her and went to open the door, when I shut it behind me I turned around and he walked around the corner, he stopped at the bottom of the stairs when he saw me
"c-Corbyn" I said and smiled at him "you said you didn't like driving In the rain, right?" he said "you can brake my heart Bethany. you can brake it into tiny little pieces. you can do what ever you want." I shook my head "I love you" he smiled "I love you too" he said in a sort of whisper, he leaned down and kissed me, I kissed back, and then we stood there and kissed passionately, we pulled away and looked into eachothers eyes before kissing again.
"I missed you" he said as we pulled away "I missed you too" I replied, he grabbed my hand and we both ran to his car, then he drove us back to my house - we talked about everything - about how everything was just a misunderstanding. when he parked up we got out the car and into the house the minute we got in I grabbed him and kissed him....
(a/n hello sorry about the last two or three chapters that were to all the boys I loved before movie - I just really wanted one part like that)
