Thoughts on Justice League Dark Apokolips War

I know I haven't really done a review of the DC animated movies but this one won't leave my mind!

But first let me do a quick thoughts on the other animated DC movies.

Now for people wondering what's the list of movies I'm talking about, here it is:

Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox

Son of Batman

Justice League: Throne of Atlantis

Batman: Bad Blood

Justice League Dark: Apokolips War

Overall, I think that these movies are great! These movies are the DC equivalent to the MCU movies. I think there's like two or three of the animated movies I haven't seen but overall I have watched most of them. And like I said I've enjoyed everyone of them.

But this particular movie just...floored me. I was not expecting the things that was done in this movie. I thought it was rough to what happened to the Avengers in Infinity War and Endgame.

But this movie came along and said hold my beer.

This movie is extremely violent! You see people getting ripped in half, or limbs torn off and people getting stabbed. It was just burtal!

And it ain't just like low tier heroes we see die, we see like big named heroes get killed off.

And the story was great!
Basically, the Justice League go to attack Darkseid at his home planet, Apokolips, but Darkseid is like one step ahead of them and just mops the floor with the Justice League! And like I said, what he does to most of the heroes is just evil and brutal.

If you're a fan of Constantine, you're gonna love this movie as he is basically the main focus of the movie, along with Superman and Raven. He's basically the key to saving the world.

All the voice actors did a good job with their characters. I especially love that Matt Ryan, who plays Constantine, was brought in to voice him in the animated movies as he played the character in the live action Constantine show and Legends of Tomorrow.

The only voice actor I didn't like is Rainn Wilson, who plays Lex Luthor. I don't know he just didn't sound right but then again I grew up with Clancy Brown doing the voice of the character and he is fantastic.

And the ending I think some people might get annoyed by it but honestly it is very DC of them to end it that way. I don't want to spoil it as I want to give you guys a chance to watch this series if you haven't already.

But anyway, this movie is just incredible and a great ending to this 15 movie series.
I've also thought about doing a fan fic based on this series but probably more for a Constantine x Reader as one: I've been wanting to do one for that Character for awhile and two: Constantine needs love honestly. And for people wondering, no I haven't seen the movie with Keanu Reeves.

I've seen like the very ending and the opening of it the other day but not all the way through, I might do it sometime soon so that I can compare him and Matt Ryan. But from what I've seen of the movie, Matt is a much better portrayal of the character than Keanu.
