There were only few people walking in and out at the cafe. A surely common things to happen since it was midnight already. I glanced at my phone screen, checking what time is it now. And it was 0019H (12.19am) already.

Grabbed my phone and checked the last message Adrian have sent to me.

Adrian: "Meet me at the cafe in the park at 1230am."

I went to a window. The night was mild, sweet-smelling and tinted with a pale wash of moonlight. I started to question my decision to meet him tonight but when I remember what he have done for me this morning, I just can't say no to his invitation tonight. His help to make my dream become true to meet Elizabeth Lee in person is nothing compared to this short midnight tea time.

The cold breeze ruffled my hair and gently touched my whole body making me trembled because of the coldness. I crossed my arms on my chest, hugging myself hoping that it can help me to overcome the shivering feelings due to the low temperature.

"Sorry for making you wait for me," Adrian suddenly appeared by my side wrapping my body with a thick warm coat. "This is for you, I brought it just in case you need it and yes you need it," he said, concerned.

"Uh-oh. Thank-thank you," I stammered, startled with his sudden appearance.

I was thinking about choosing one of the table for us to sit but Adrian stopped me and gestured to the door.

"Let's talk outside, with these," he lifted a white paper bag with cookies and two cups of beverages from Starbucks inside it.

I followed his lead leaving the cafe. The sidewalk we were walking through was quiet. There were only few group of people that can be seen spending time together and there was also an introvert who walked alone listening to music from his earpiece.

"Since you don't drink coffee, here is your Hazelnut Hot Chocolate," he handed me one of the cup.

"Thank you. But how did you know?"

"What?"

"The fact that I'm allergic to coffee."

"Mrs. Alan told me that," Adrian explained, referring to mom.

"Oh," I thanked him again before lifting the hot choco to my mouth, sipping it. I can feel like the hot choco was flowing in my veins, comforting me.

Few moments of silence because we both were busy enjoying our drinks.

"Well, I'm more than elated to see you coming tonight," he started to speak. "It feels like we have been avoiding each other for years and it doesn't feel good at all," his voice trembled as if he was trying to hide the sadness he have in his heart.

I was trying to find the most suitable responses when he suddenly sighed and continued talking.

"The truth is, the fact that you have been avoiding me is driving me crazy," he let out another heavy sigh.

"I love you, Elisha," he groaned, half shouting.

I stiffened. Trying to search for his eyes but the dim light made it hard for me tl do so.

"Tonight I'm going to tell you everything. And you will be the first to know," he continued speaking, not giving me a chance to say a word.

We walked toward a bench and sat there side by side. I waited patiently for him to speak. Looks like he was trying to calm himself before he slowly opened his mouth.

"There was this one girl I first met when I was twelve years old, Delia Edward. We started to learn on how to love and she was my first love. We both love each other dearly like nobody can separate us." he paused, his fingers run through his hair.
