Jasmine's POV
I woke up to the sun blinding me as it flooded through the curtains. Groaning, I attempted to bury my head in my pillow only to find myself constricted by a large, muscly arm draped across my stomach. I shifted my body so I was facing Alec's sleeping form. His hair had flopped across his face, the colour looking a lot lighter in the sunlight. He had slight stubble on his face and a small smile. He seemed completely relaxed and the sight made me smile.
Craning my neck I was able to make out the time on the clock on the bedside table. It read 10:22am. I knew there was not way I was falling asleep again so I decided to do the fair thing and wake Alec up as well.
"Alec?" I whispered, running my hands through his hair soothingly. A small groan left his mouth as he tightened his grip on me.
"Alec?" I repeated, stroking his cheek affectionately. His plump lips were very close to mine and they looked very tempting. Shaking those thoughts out of my head I changed my approach.
"ALEC"
His eyes shot open and his death grip somehow became even tighter. Our legs became entangled in the sheets as he tried to stand, causing us to tumble out of the bed and land ungraciously on the floor.
"Ow" I complained as I lay squished underneath Alec's very muscly back.
"What happened?" He asked groggily, not moving.
"I was waking you up, you oaf. Get off me" I pushed again his body and rolled him off me. I huffed, standing up and laughing at the sight of the bare bed. I began to walk to the bathroom when something warm grab my foot. Letting out a small squeal I braced myself as I fell, only to land on a hard chest. I let out an 'oof' sound and chuckle vibrated through the chest.
"Morning Jas" Alec smirked up at me, his hands gripping my wrists. I groaned in response and my eyes widened as his face moved closer to my own.
"Nope. Morning breath" I dodged his lips and he planted a kiss on my cheek.
"I don't mind" he said, the smirk not leaving his face.
"Yeah well I do" I scoffed, pushing myself off the ground and sitting on the bed.
"Speaking of, I don't have a toothbrush" Alec sat up slightly so he could see me whilst his eyes glazed over. Within seconds there was a knock at the door and I opened it to reveal a smiling Liv.
"Delivery" she said enthusiastically, thrusting a plastic package in my face.
"Thanks" I laughed.
"You're very... chipper this morning. It's so early" I said whilst yawning.
"I've been awake for almost 5 hours"
"5 hours?! Why?" My mouth hung open.
"Training. You two have been asleep far too long, get your asses down for breakfast. I'll give you some clothes to borrow for now" she turned on her heel, leaving me standing with my new toothbrush.
"You heard her. Get off your ass" I told Alec as I went to the bathroom, brushing my teeth and having a quick shower. By the time I came back out a pair of jeans, a cropped hoodie and undergarments were lying on the bed.
"Took you long enough" Alec called out, still sitting in the floor. I gripped the fluffy towel tighter around my body, as his eyes raked over my body. I gulped, grabbing the clothes, choosing to ignore the changing colours in Alec's eyes.
From the other side of the bathroom door I could hear Alec's breathing. Hastily I changed into the clothes Liv gave me, they were very comfortable and fit nicely. When I emerged from the bathroom Alec was nowhere to be found and so I decided to head downstairs and get some food. I noticed Eleanor talking to another woman behind the kitchen counter but when she saw me, she sent me a warm smile.
