i woke up around six in the afternoon after taking a nap and i heard kairi talking from the bathroom. so, i get up and walk to the bathroom. "hey, you're up." kairi says, he pulls me in and i hug him.
"who are you talking to?" i turn my head to look at the phone and i see jas and everyone else. they start screen recording me and kairi and i put the phone down and start making fake kiss noises. kairi giggles.
"heyyy..put the phone back up bro!" mattia says, he starts to fake cry causing everyone to laugh. i put the phone back up.
"done!" i say as i flip my hair and walk away. i hear them laugh and call after me so i come back.
"LETS GO TO THE BEACH EACH! LETS GO GET AWAY! THEY SAY WHAT THEY GONNA SA-" robert starts singing but then kairi interrupts him.
"where should we 'go away' cause i don't wanna be in this hotel room all dayy." kairi groans but quickly turns to look at me. i put my hands over my heart and pretend to fall. he laughs and pulls me close to him. i had nowhere to sit since he was sitting on a towel over the toilet top. i decided to just sit on his lap. everyone else starts to screen record again. me and kairi look at each other and smile. we were ready to act.
"oH My, ArE yOu HaRd KaIrI? i CaN pRaCtIcAlLy FeEl It!" i sarcastically say to kairi.
"WhAtTt? Oh GuEsS i Am!! DaRn!" kairi also says sarcastically. the rest are just laughing and screaming. kairi whispers to me.
"deadass, i think i am..." i look at him and laugh. i pat his area and he moans.
"chilll, we're on facetime.." i whisper back to him.
"im gonna hang up guys!" kairi says while grinning. i thought they were catching on so i decided to change the way he was talking.
"yeah, instead we should all hang out!! rightt?" i nudge kairi's arm and he gives me a glare. i smile and pat his shoulder.
"WE SHOULD!! where?" alejandro said, but he seemed tired so i decided not a place too far or 'energetic'.
"how about we just go out to eat and then go to the beach?" i said. most of the group said yes but kairi said otherwise.
"or we can just stay in our rooms and sleep?" kairi had a innocent smile plastered on his face but the group wasn't falling for it.
"you're not keeping y/n to yourself." jas said. she playfully rolled her eyes.
"okay meet you guys in kai's room?" mattia said.
"sure!" everyone else said.
"no no, wait-" kairi tried for get a word in but everyone hung up leaving kai upset.
"cheer upp!" i said getting off his lap. he pretended to cry, and i actually felt bad so i kissed him.
"promise, when we get back we can do whatever you wanntt.." i said walking away. i heard kairi giggle and i laughed at the sound of his giggle.
the group eventually came out of their rooms and we all met up to go get something to eat.
kairi, alejandro, jas, and i got in kairi's car and the rest of the group went in the other car. we decided to go to chic-fil-a.
"we're here love birds!" i yelled to the backseat where jas and alejandro were laying down. they got up quickly and rubbed their eyes. kairi put his hand on my thigh.
"we're love birds too ya know?" he winked and i laughed.
"for sure." i said getting out the car. once we got inside kairi tried to insist on paying for me. but when he went to grab his wallet from his pocket i quickly handed the cashier the money for both of us.
"hey! hey!" kairi tried to talk louder so that the cashier could pay attention.
"no. im paying." i said covering his mouth. he grabbed my hand and put it in his pocket. he pulled me close.
"next time." kairi glared at me. i giggled and kissed him on the cheek.
a few minutes later went by and we finished eating so we drove to the beach. it was already getting dark but it was gonna be quiet and lonely so we really wanted to. i decided to post while we were here..

"bro, why mar? i mean like, how come you haven't cleared anything up at all?" kairi got up from the sand and i looked up at him confused.
"what are you talking about, kai?" i get up and pat the sand off of me.
"you haven't told anyone that you and mar aren't a thing." he said sounded irritated.
"why is it such a big deal?" i ask him. and at this point im not mad im just annoyed.
"why is it such a big deal? are you kidding me?" kairi rolls his eyes. now everyone else was just staring at us argue.
"are you serious? we're not even dating, kairi!! stop getting angry over bullshit!" that sentence slipped from my mouth and i immediately regretted saying that. kairi's eyes looked hurt and i saw his lips tremble.
"bruh, you're-" kairi shakes his head. instead of saying anything back. he throws his phone to the sand and walks towards the car. everyone was now staring at me. i looked down at his phone and see someone reach for it. jas. jas picks up his phone and runs up behind him. i couldn't hear anything they were saying. but either way i wouldn't. because i left the beach in the opposite car than kairi's.
we get to the hotel and i see kairi going into roshaun and varo's room. roshaun comes into my room to talk to me.
"kai is gonna be sleeping in our room tonight.. see you tomorrow morning.." roshaun tells me. i nod softly and he puts his hand on my shoulder for a second before walking away. holy shit what did i do? i groan and walk to the bed. i pull the covers over my face and fall asleep.
