Chapter 2: chapman

If I was feeling hungry before I am no longer hungry. I know the kind of guy Timi is. If he sets his mind on something he'll do it. And more so he has connections with gangs and all that.

I was never really in a relationship with Timi. To the whole world it was a working relationship but the truth was that I was in an unnecessary bondage. Some people might think that I really don't want to get back with Timi because of what he did to me but truth is that I so don't want to experience the night mare I once experienced in the name of relationship.

I reached school with a worried mind. Like I know the extents that bastard can go to to get what he wants. I collected my time table and unfortunately I don't have lectures till 2 because the new lecturer has some where to go.

I return to my car and pick a cigarette. I light it and smoke while listening to some songs. One of the things I do to reduce stress.

After like 5 minutes I hear a knock on the window. Only my 2 best freinds will knock like that so I just opened the door for them.

Shade and Chioma have been my freinds since daycare. We started walking together and playing together and we are very close. I usually spend the holidays at their places sometimes.

"Babe wetin they do you. This early Momo you don dey smoke." Shade ask me. She is usually the gist type. "Guess who call me this morning?" "Who?" "Timi oh" I say as I told them all that happened. They are one of the three people who knew what Timi did to me.

"Babe you don enter big shit" " thanks for staying the obvious Shade" Chioma said with an eye roll. Turning to me she said"wetin you go do now." "Nothing. I go just wait for the bros" "anyway Rahamatu dey hold party today by 7 you go come." "Shade school never start you don dey talk about party" Chioma said. "As if you no go be the first person to enter her house" we all laughed. "I get class by 2 but sure banga I go come. 10 don knack and hunger wan kill me here make we go canteen"

Laughing and gisting happily we enter the canteen. I even forgot what happened this morning with Timi. I went to buy food when one good for nothing idiot poured chapman on me. Is like this person is new here o. He just ruined my lovely blouse.

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU. ARE YOU BLIND OR WHAT" I screamed. The whole place is quiet. This children and gossip. "I'm so so sorry" I hear a ver hot voice say. I raised my head up and my eyes met a pair of blue eyes and for the first time in a loooooong time I saw a guy and banging him in all corners of the room was not the first thing that crossed my mind.
