I couldn't help but shake as Bellatrix shouted and yelled at me to hurry up, threatening to curse me if I kept Tom waiting. As I finished zipping up my dress I picked up my wand and said a spell, making my hair into a lovely style before placing my veil in it. I quickly did some make up and put my shoes on, " Aw don't you make such a lovely bride" she laughed at me " Now come on, he'll be waiting for you as is your guests". She brought me downstairs and left me in the hall at the entrance to the garden, my father walked up to me and smiled at me " Odette, you look so beautiful". " Dad please don't make me marry him" " Odette, I know you've been having cold feet lately but come on, you've been dreaming and planning this for a year".

" Dad no, I've seen Tom for who he really is. He scares me I don't want to marry him" " How could you say that? He is our Lord! He is going to marry you and you will be happy. You will make him happy!". Dad grabbed my arm and gave me my black flower bouquet as he dragged me to the back door. " Put a smile on your face, all of his followers are here" I nodded as the door opened, dad walked me down the aisle and I couldn't help but be extremely nervous as hundreds of Tom's followers stared at me. When I did finally make it he smiled at me, it seemed like a real happy smile.

I gave my flowers to my mother as Tom took my hands in his, " You look so beautiful" Tom smiled at me " Thank you" I said giving a small smile back. " We are gathered here today to witness the Union of Mr. Tom Riddle and Mrs. Odette Evans" the priest began, the priest dragged on for what seemed like forever until the part I dreaded. " Do you Tom Riddle take Odette Evans to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health as long as you both shall live?" " I do" Tom smiled at me. " And do you Odette Evans, take Tom Riddle to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health as long as you both shall live" the priest asked me. I froze. I stared at the priest before my eyes shot to Tom, to my father and back to Tom who was staring at me in anger " I.....I do" I said which made him smirk.

" If there is anyone who disagrees with this Union and believes these two should not be wed. Speak now or forever hold your peace" " I OBJECT!" All of our heads shot to the back of the guests where I saw Sirius staring at me " Sirius?" I asked as he quickly walked up the aisle to me. " What do you think your doing here dog?" Tom growled at him " Stopping the girl I love from marrying you, you pathetic snake". " You love me?" I asked as I stared at Sirius with a smile on my face " Of course I do" he said standing in front of me, " I've loved you for years Odette. Your the only girl for me" he smiled as he placed his hand on my cheek " I love you" he says before smashing his lips against mine.

I couldn't help it and kissed him back, a huge smile breaking out on my face as we pulled apart " I love you too Sirius". " ENOUGH!" Tom screamed before throwing Sirius back, " Sirius!" I called in panic, Tom grabbed my forearm tight as he stopped me from moving to Sirius. " You forget you are marrying me today" " No! I won't" " You will marry me now! Or I'll kill the dog". " You wouldn't?" " Oh wouldn't I?" He smirked at me as he slowly circled me " If you refuse to marry me I'll torture him and all your other little friends. Right in front of you, then when they're begging for death I'll slowly put them out of their misery while you watch, starting with that mudblood and finishing with this dog. But I'll keep you alive, barely just, I'll never let your torture end".

Tears slowly fell down my face as Tom held the wand to my neck " So what's it going to be Odette? Marry me and save your friends? Or refuse and watch them all die a slow painful death?". I looked at Sirius as he stared back at me " Odette don't do this, I can give you a happy life. The life you deserve!" " I can't let you die" " Odette no!" Sirius shouted to me. " I'm sorry Sirius" I cried before turning back to Tom " Continue" " No! Odette!". " I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss your bride", Tom grabbed my arms roughly as he slammed his lips against mine before pulling away and smirking evilly at me " Welcome to your new life, Mrs. Riddle" Tom whispered to me.

I stood frozen as I stared at Sirius with regret, I blinked a few tears down my face as Sirius tried to plead with me. " There's nothing you can now dog, this will be the last time you see dear Odette, make it a goodbye worth remembering" he laughed. Sirius grabbed my face in his hands and forced me to look at him " Sirius I'm sorry" " You have nothing to be sorry for, I will make this right. I'll kill this son of a bitch and I'll marry you, I'll make you my wife when this war is over. I promise you Odette". " You have two minutes to leave before I set my death eaters on you dog" " Wait for me Odette" Sirius pleaded before kissing me deeply, he gave me one last look before disappearing.

" My what a wedding am I right?" Tom chuckled " Come on my dear, the reception awaits". I just sat at the stupid table, barely eating or drinking and by merlin did it make my skin crawl when it came to our first dance. He picked the song from our graduation night, the one I danced with Sirius. " You don't look like a happy bride Odette" " I'm sorry, it just wasn't the day I thought it would be" " Because of that vile dog, don't worry he'll never get his filthy dog hands on you again, I promise you that" he smiled at me. My face sunk in as the reality of my day was finally hitting me, as if I had ran straight into the fucking wall at platform 9 3/4. " Don't worry my dear, I hear the wedding night is meant to be better than the actual wedding" Tom laughed as my expression turned sour. No, no anything but that!
