soon orphanage time was over and both princes had to leave, as they walked out jeongguk thought it would be a good chance to talk to jimin about the letter.
"uh, jimin?" jeongguk asked, "about the letter.."
"ah," jimin said, "i thought you should know about that. before knowing this marriage ive always liked prince taehyung. i intend to marry him eventually."
jeongguk frowned, "do you hate me?"
"oh, no, no," jimin said, "i don't hate you or anything. i have nothing against you. i just don't have feelings for you. i want to marry taehyung because i like him. do you understand?"
jeongguk slowly nodded, "you don't hate me, but you hate the idea of marrying me since you don't have feelings for me."
jimin nodded.
"but what if you have feelings for me?" jeongguk asked.
"there won't be," jimin said and walked ahead.

"how did it go?" jimin's mother asked once he got home. "did you learn anything?"
jimin was walking to his room but stopped at the question, "he's good with children and is a good listener," he replied then continued off.

"back already? how were the children?" asked jeongguk's mom who was sitting in a chair in the castle's library.
"it was fine, i got along with a girl named hana. she had green eyes and loves her teddy bear," jeongguk answered as he picked a book off the shelf.
"did you learn anything about jimin?" she asked.
jeongguk opened the book and looked through the pages, "hes someone with a goal and only thinks of that. he's not too opened minded i suppose."
jeongguk closed the book and placed it back on the shelf, "i'll go check on hani."

after playing with hani for a while, jeongguk went to his room. he changed into some more casual wear before sitting at his desk.
he thought about jimin. jimin seemed to only have taehyung on his mind. jimin had no intention of looking at his way.
jeongguk released a sigh. he decided to do some work rather than dwell on it.

"another of those 'get to know him trips'? " jimin asked with a slight annoyance in his voice.
"yes," said queen park, " but this time you have to remember that after the marriage you will be staying there and no longer here."
jimin frowned, i'll be further way from taehyung
"go get ready for the trip!" she said, "this time you'll be staying over."
"what?!" before the prince could complain to his mother, she left his room.
jimin was irritated. he went to his desk and pulled out a notebook. it was adviced to never bottle your emotions, so he wrote them down in a special notebook.
this stupid marriage is the worst. it's pulling me away from taehyung. i miss taehyung. i really dispise this jeongguk.
jimin closed the notebook and leaded in his chair, he felt much better. sighing he got up and got packed.

"where will he sleep?" jeongguk asked as he was just informed jimin would be staying over.
"your room of course," answered the queen as she was reading a book.
"my room?!" jeongguk asked shocked, "but we barely know one another, isn't this too forward?!"
the queen sighed and looked at her only son, "dear, this is normal. don't be just a drama king."
"king?"
"yes, your father is more dramatic than i, hence drama king," explained his mother.
jeongguk was going to disagree when she sent him to clean up his room and to be ready for jimin's arrival.

"now, be good and don't cause any trouble," his mother said as her husband stood beside her, "i already notified the queen you are excited and would be on your best behavior."
jimin nodded. jimin's father patted his shoulder with a grip, gesturing to be strong while the queen hugged her son a goodbye.

"prince jimin has arrived," said a servant as jimin walked through the doors.
"prince jimin," king jeon said with open arms, "welcome to our home."
"and your future home," the queen added with a smile.
"thank you for having me," jimin said with a smile. then looked over to see jeongguk already looking at him which he quickly avoided eye contact with. jimin saw hani who was smiling, "hello hani," he said remembering her name, "i hope we can be great friends during my visit."
hani's smile widened, "of course we can." jimin smiled back.
"jeongguk will show you to your room," queen jeon said. jimin nodded and followed jeongguk up the stairs.
this will be an interesting trip.
