Serendipity || Na Jaemin FF (Ongoing)

I was stunned.

"W-why on earth would I feel awkward..." I awkwardly laughed.

He rubbed his nape and looked at me.

"What?" I said.

"J-Just forget what I said." He said pulling my arm towards the entrance of the university.

I followed quietly and we sat at a bench near a huge tree.

"I thought we'll have breakfast?" I asked.

I was confused because we didn't bought any food with us.

"Yeah." He casually answered.

He took something from his bag and I was surprised to see 2 containers full of breakfast food.

All of them seem to be homemade too.

"You...cooked all of these?" I asked.

I was so happy, because i wasn't really expecting that much.

He nodded.

He gave me a pair of utensils and I was smiling from ear to ear.

"I asked my mom over the phone how to make these. I woke up extra early to prepare them, too." He proudly said with a huge grin.

"What's with you? You woke up early today just to cook these? That's very unusual of you." I said, tilting my head slightly on the right.

"Uhm...just because. Here, Try one of these kimchi kimbap I made. Say ah~" He said as he offered me some using his chopsticks.

I felt my heart flutter.

I was confused, but I still awkwardly leaned to eat the kimbap he offered.

"How is it?" He asked curiously as he looked at my expression.

I tried not to stifle a smile from extreme happiness.

He was so adorable and kind.

"How is this so good?" I said.

I was surprised he knew how to make simple food taste good.

"Really? It's a relief you liked it." He said as he took a bite.

I smiled to myself as we enjoyed eating the food he made for us.

"Are you done with the lay outs?" I suddenly remembered.

He shook his head as a response.

"Huh? But we have to submit those today right?" I said in worry.

"I asked Soo-ah if we could submit it tomorrow and she said yes." He casually answered.

I sighed in relief.

"I'm done with my layouts, though. We can show the partial plans we have later in the meeting." I suggested and he agreed.

"Can you come over at our dorm later?" He suddenly said which surprised me.

I almost choked.

"Huh?? Why??" I said.

"Uhm, well I need help with my layout so...Just thought you could help me out?" He replied.

I was kinda skeptic.

He was patiently waiting for my reply.

"Uhm....okay. I'm not busy anyway." I said and he smiled from ear to ear.

We got to our classroom when we saw Hyuri talking to Jaemin's friends.

They seem to have a nice conversation too since they were laughing.
