Darkness surrounded me as i made my way through the forest, the stony path i had made when i was a kid was slowly disappearing as i walked further. I knew this path led down to the grave tree, i had made it so i would never get lost. The trees were starting to loose there leaves, making them look like bony fingers, dangling from the sky.

I followed the path down to the grave tree, where my fathers grave lie. Me and mum had made him his own place right under the tree, it was his favorite place to read when he was alive. I took a seat in front of his head stone, brushing of all the leaves and dirt that sat on top of it. I hadn't been here in years, it was to hard coming here, knowing I'd never see my father again.

I turned around when i heard voices coming up behind me, I ran further into the woods and duct behind a nearby tree. The voices where getting louder, i could hear the leaves crunching under the weight of their feet as they made their way towards me. I waited a little longer, until i was sure i was just hearing thing's. I stepped out from behind the tree and that's when i felt it, that same icy chill that i always got when ever the cloaked man was around.

I took a couple of steps forward but i couldn't see anyone, the wind started to pick up, blowing my hair all around me; leaves started to fall from the trees and an Erie moan, reverberated through the forest, scattering the birds.

A twig snapped behind me and i froze, i didn't need to turn around, to know he was standing right behind me. I could feel his icy breath on the back of my neck as he slowly placed his bony hand around my throat. His grip tightened and i could feel the life draining from me as he lifted me of the ground. I grabbed his hand, trying to pull it of me but it was no good, his grip was to strong. Slowly my vision started to go and my body felt heavy, as he squeezed my last breath out of me, dropping my body to the floor with little care.

I shot up smacking my head on the side of the window, the cool glass vibrating from the impact. I looked around, a little dazed but i felt a warmth flow through me as i realized i was still in Finns car. I looked around as my vision started to clear and was met by a pair of charcoal eyes that were filled with worry as they searched mine. I took a slow, deep breath as he placed his hand on mine.

"Are you alright?" He asked as he pulled the car over to the side of the road. "What happened?"

"Yeah i'm fine, just a bad dream." I said, not looking him in the eye. "It was nothing, really. Just the same as always but this time i don't think it was put in my head, i think it was just a dream."

"Do you want to talk about it?"

"No, lets just get to my house." He nodded and pulled the car back out on to the road, i watched as he concentrated on driving. I loved the way his eyebrows scrunch together, whenever hes thinking about something and his eyes never once leaving the road even though i knew he wanted to check on me, so to reassure him that i was OK, i slipped my hand into his and gave it a little squeeze.

We finally arrived on to the road that leads down to my house, Finn suggested that we parked a few minutes away from my house, so that we didn't alert to anyone that we were here. Just as we were about to head of, a sudden chill ran through me and i suddenly thought this wasn't a good idea.

"Hey, Finn."

"Yeah." He said, appearing beside me.

"I'm not sure this is a good idea, it's late and dark. What if something happens?" I say, my voice a little shaky.

"Look, we'll be fine. I promise you,  it's going to be OK."

"I think we should tell Nick what we're up to, just in case something does go wrong. He needs to know where we are, in case he needs to find us." I could feel my whole body starting to shake, a bad feeling was nagging me in the back of my mind and i couldn't shake the feeling that something was going to go very wrong.
