Avas pov
I went back to my room after helping Avani and Anthony and since Lucas wasn't suppose to wake up for another hour I decided to take a nap since I've been up since 8am so I laid on my bed and fell asleep

When I woke up I was terrified ,trembling and it didn't help that I almost couldn't breathe then Tony saw me and came rushing to me
Tony's pov
When I got home I looked for Ava around the house and no one was home but I wasn't really think anything about it since Thomas went looking for some houses and I think everyone is with them So I kept on looking for ava and she wasn't there so I went up to her and found her and she looked scared out of her mind
"Mamas what's happening are you ok?" I said panicking and worried
"I-I-" she said in a raspy voice
"Breathe" I said trying to calm her down and she did a bit and I felt her start to breathe normally again and I was trying to comprehend what was happening until it hit me she was having a panic attack since she has had them before I knew what to do now
"Shhhhh I'm right here it's ok" i said hugging her and I felt her starting to get more relaxed but not normal
"Here" I said and got a water bottle and she started to drink it
"It's ok calm down it's going to be alright your not dying I know that it feels like it but your not it's going to be ok" I said reassuring her and she started to calm down more
"Ok now explain to me what happened" I said stroking her hair
"I had a d-dream that Everyone came back" she said and by everyone I knew who she meant
"It's ok there all gone nothings going to happen ok" I said
"But you never know and what would h-happen to Lucas" she said
"Look Layla, Leo, Jake, and everyone else is gone now you don't need to worry I'm right here we have a family that I will Be here to protect you guys ok" I said and she nodded so I cuddled her for a little until I felt her go to sleep in my arms then I heard Lucas start to wine so I got up making Ava not wake up and picked up Lucas
"Ahh my baby boy is finally awake how did you sleep?" I asked him and he was still fussy
"Aww I know your still tired mama is sleeping ok" I said and checked the time
"Someone woke up early you could've steeped for 20 more minutes but I guess your awake now" I said
"You want a bottle it's lunch time so I guess I should feed you" I said so I went downstairs and put him in his high chair and made him his bottle and he started to drink it while I got his baby food from the cabinets and fed him that
"Ok now that where done you have gotten messy" I said so I took off his bib and he still had food on his outfit
"I guess we have to clean you up huh?" I said so I went back upstairs
"Ok you didn't get that dirty so I don't think we need a bathe but I do need to change you" I said so I just cleaned him off changed him and put on a black onesie with some black socks to keep him warm and he has some hair but it's kind of curly and it gets tangled sometimes so I brushed that and I decided to play with him until Ava woke back up
Avas pov
I woke up to giggling and looked to my right to see Tony playing with Lucas so I just payed there for a bit
"Hey mamas good afternoon" tony said looking at me
"Hi" I said rubbing my eyes
"How'd you sleep?" He said
"Good" I said
"You want some food?" He said and I nodded
"Want me to bring it up to you?" He asked me and I nodded since I didn't want to go downstairs really so I just got up and picked up Lucas
"Hi baby did daddy wake you up from your nap or did he wake you up?" I asked him and he just laid on my chest a bit with his stuffed animal until tony brought me some food
Tony's pov
The days that Ava has panic attacks or the 2 days she has had them I wouldn't want to put her through to much stress because that could possibly cause another one and she wouldn't have want to move and she just wanted to cuddle those days so I just made her some food and I brought it up to her
Avas pov
The door opened and I saw tony with food in his hand
"Here you go" he said
"Thanks you" I said so tony handed me my food and he brought some for himself too and Lucas sat between us so when I finished my food I threw out my plate and just drank my water
"So what do you wanna do for the rest of the day it's like just 2" he said
"I don't know also what happened at your meeting?" I asked him
"We came up with a few designs" he said showing me his phone
"Wow these are actually pretty nice" I said scrolling
"Thanks it took us a bit but we did it" he said so we all work on talking about what happened
"Wanna watch some movies and cuddle together" Tony said and I nodded so tony set up Netflix and I got a few blankets for us and made sure Lucas had some toys to play with while we relax so when tony was done we all just cuddled up and watched some movies for a bit
"I love you" I said to Tony
"I love you to mamas" Tony said kissing me and I kissed him back
"And we love you to Lucas" we said to him and we both kissed him on his cheeks and went back to cuddling
