Chapter 23:

Tonight was the show. I was still a little nervous about what Remy said about telling my secret and Hayes. She probably was just messing around. Cameron and some of the guys flew out here to see our first show. Including Hayes. All the groups were dressed and now they were doing the intro. I could hear millions of people screaming and cheering. I looked around from the side of the stage looking at people entering.

"Hey." I jumped and turned around to see Lexi. "Oh hey, I'm sorry just a little nervous", I said as I bit my lip. "Hey don't be, just do you" she smiled and patted my back as she went off to the others. I just need to focus. That's it focus. As I headed toward the bathroom I heard someone talking outside of it. I hid in a storage closet and put my ear up to the door. I need to record this. I turned on my camera and filmed them.

"Like I said Justin, our plan is working just fine. When I lie about her during the show, there's no way they're gonna let her stay on!"

That sounded just like Remy.

"But don't you think your a little hard on her Remy? I mean come on give her a break."

"Every dancer on to the set in ten! Show starts in fifteen!" I heard someone say.

"Come on let's go" Remy said and I heard feet moving. I slowly stepped out the closet and walked down the hall. "Isabelle come on we're on!" Lexi said. I put my phone in my pocket and ran off with my group. "Oh look there's Cameron and Chloe!" Lexi said and pointed into the audience. I saw Sierra, Nash, Taylor, Hayes, Matt, Aaron, and Carter file in after them. The others couldn't make it but were watching on tv.

The first two groups went. They were good but not as great as the third group. "Next the Legos!" The announcer said as they ran on the stage. The music started and they started dancing. They flipped, jumped, and moved in different types of ways. You had to admit they were AWESOME. After they ended the audience clapped and cheered loud. "Next! Give it up for the Rivalllss!" He said very loudly and the audience roared with cheers and clapping. I moved in my spot next to Lexi and we smiled. I saw Cameron and the guys in the front smiling.

The music started and Janice slid in through the middle. The guys flipped over her as she slid and Lexi and I moved up and danced. The others danced along and into the music. Then I jumped on one of the guys back and slid in the front. As we ended I bet Paris could hear the crowd from how loud they were. We bowed and ran off the stage. "You did so good!" "You were awesome Janice!" "You've really done it Lexi! "Isabelle your so talented you did great out there!" We heard comments like that from everyone backstage.

After everyone went they had two teen dancers go on competing like a dance off. And they just picked random names out a box from each group to dance off with each other but they had to be a teen. "Okay Remy Stone and Isabelle Dallas!" The crowd oohed.mWe went up to each other. Then she nodded to Justin. "Wait! First I have so string to reveal to all of you about the real Isabelle Dallas" Remy said and grabbed the mic. "Flip the clips Justin" she said and on the big screen was me laughing and talking with everyone.

"This is what you see Isabelle Dallas, normal teenage girl, nice,friendly, never lies,cheats, wouldn't hurt a fly" she said and Cameron looked at me. "This is what you think she is, this is what she really is" she said and it turned the screen to me in the alley with the gang members, then to me getting mad at Lexi, and me with a mean look on my face. Everyone gasped including Cameron. "The real Isabelle Dallas, lies and disobeys her family, mean to others, hates her father, and hangs out with gang members. What do you have to say about this Isabelle?" Remy said with a glare.

She shoved the mic in my hands. "Okay here's the dealeo. I'm neither one of those people she just showed you", I sighed. "I'm both. I love my family and my friends and I who'd never hurt anyone. But I also have a rebel sorts side, where I wanna be free and let loose sometimes. The picture in the alley, well Lexi and I were playing around chasing each other and we kinda got lost. Those guys were harassing us and I had to stand up for my best friend", I said and smiled at Lexi.

"Even though Cameron's not my real father, he does give me rules and I have to admit sometime I do break them and cause a little trouble" I said and some laughed at the trouble part. "And second I would never, ever, not in my whole entire life hate my father" I said and looked at Cameron. "Cameron....Cameron's my hero" I said and smiled at him and he wiped his eyes. Then I remembered I left my camera on. "And I'm not the only one who has a bad story to tell" I said and walked up to Justin.

"Play this" I put on the video and he out it on the big screen. Everyone saw it and booed Remy. "Now here's something else, she threatened me to break up with my boyfriend just so that she could have me thrown off the show" I said and everyone booed more. I saw Remy put her head down. Wait a minute, it's all coming back to me. "Wait Remy is there a reason you did all this?" I asked and she looked sadly at Justin. I saw him shake his head. "Yes there is. Justin made me do it! He wanted to get her off the show so the Rivals couldn't win and we were gonna split the prize money!" She said.

"Hold on just a minute!" I heard one if the judges say. "Justin your off the show get outta here!" One said. "That's what I thought".
