I let out a yawn as I dropped into my seat, watching out of the corner of my eye as Reid sat down next to me. The second his butt hit the seat I snuggled into him, looping my arms around his as I rested my head on his shoulder.

"Um, excuse me." His voice was laced with sass, causing me to look up at him and pout.

"What?"

"I was going to lean on you," he retorted jokingly.

I rolled my eyes and moved even closer, tightly gripping his arm as I let out a heavy sigh and closed my eyes.

He let out a low chuckle and kissed my face, which despite how grumpy I still felt managed to make me smile. By now my level of exhaustion had only increased, causing my brain to feel almost fuzzy, while the rest of my body ached in pain thanks to the tiny creature growing inside my stomach.

"I vote we head to Okeefe's once we get back." I heard Rossi suggest.

I opened one eye, scanning the length of the plane curiously to see the reactions of others. Almost immediately the majority of them chimed in agreement, nodding their heads in excitement as Rossi smiled warmly in response. "How about you two?" He pointed towards Reid and I, raising his brow.

I peeked up at Reid who merely shrugged his shoulders and looked to me for a response. While part of me definitely wanted nothing to do with the company of people, the other part felt weirdly attached to the idea. It'd been a while since we'd gone out as a team.

"If you come I'll buy you drinks," JJ wiggled her brows in my direction. "Virgin, obviously."

"Sure, but only if you guys let me nap first." I tightened my grip on Reid's arm as I closed my eyes again. Under my grasp, I felt him shuffle awkwardly. I furrowed my brow in annoyance and opened one eye again, wondering what he could possibly be doing. At that point I realized he was trying to reach his bag on the floor, making a big effort not to move his arm from mine. I let out a quiet giggle and let him go, adjusting myself in my seat as I watched him flash an apologetic look before reaching into his bag to grab his book. When he finally got a hold of it he settled back in his seat, motioning me to return.

"What are you reading?" I settled my cheek against his shoulder again and narrowed my eyes at the cover.

"Nothing. Go to sleep." He used his opposite hand to ruffle my hair.

I swatted it away and quietly groaned as I pushed the loose hair out of my face. I wasn't sure why he always insisted on messing with my hair, but the more it happened the quicker I grew tired of it. "Jerk."

"Sure am." He opened the book to the first page, giving it a quick scan before flipping it over. Out of curiosity I leaned forward, narrowing my eyes at the words on the page. At first I wasn't sure what the book was even about, which for some reason made me grow even curiouser.

At that point Reid noticed my watchful eye and lifted it out of my vision, giving me an unimpressed look. "I wanna read too." I frowned.

"You're not allowed," he retorted matter of factly.

Angrily, I sat up in my seat and reached for the novel, wiggling my fingers as Reid extended his arm out so I couldn't get it. At that moment I wanted to punch his parents for giving him the longest limbs on the planet as I continued to struggle.

With a groan, I stood up and tried to grab it again. Unfortunately though, he knew right away what was happening and moved the book into his torso, hugging it tightly as he laughed at my feeble attempt. I swore under my breath and grabbed at his sides, slowly moving them up from underneath his elbows which were pressed tightly against him. "Oh, my god! Let me see!"
