Something about watching Crimson eat across from her filled Cynthia with a sense of disgust. Shortly after Gwendy had entered the kitchen, Crimson had. And of course, Crimson had decided to make grilled cheese for lunch.

The grilled cheese was good, but that was no surprise to anyone. Crimson was good at cooking, even if he was once an enemy of theirs. The garlic butter was on sourdough bread with slices of both American and Mozzarella cheese; it was true perfection. Watching Crimson bite into the crispy bread across from Cynthia gave her a sense of uncomfortableness. Her eyes drifted to Gwendy, who was clearly watching him devour the sandwich. What else could she have watched him devour? Where had that mouth of his been? What were the two of them even doing together?

Cynthia gulped down the piece of warm bread in her mouth uneasily, and tried to swallow the dirty thoughts in her mind as well. She turned straight ahead and faced Crimson. "What were you doing last night?" She asked him in a calm voice. She placed her grilled cheese back down on the plate in front of her.

With a boyish grin Crimson raised his brows, opening up his eyes, "I fell asleep," he said casually. "Why?"

Cynthia could tell that Crimson was lying. She knew because he looked away when he said it. When people lie, they can never look a person in the eye when they do. Cynthia gave a half smile back, "Oh, just wondering." she said and she bit into her grilled cheese.

"I want to train with Juliet," Adeline smirked. She cracked her knuckles loudly. "She said she's tough, and I wanna see how tough she actually is."

"Oh it's on man!" Juliet yelled. She shoved her grilled cheese into her mouth with a huge force and crumps and bits of food got everywhere. Cynthia groaned, she loved Juliet, but for gods sake, Juliet had awful table manners. Cynthia knew she would have to clean up the mess later.

"How about you guys go outside and do that." Cynthia said. "There's not enough room in the house..."

"That's a smart idea," Tyla spoke up. Tyla was still at the head of the table. Tyla always sat at the head of the table. Danielle was at the end beside Adeline this time, and not beside Juliet. Crimson had placed himself on the right side of Gwendy, so Juliet and Danielle were split by Tyla.

Adeline and Juliet had similar mannerisms, but Adeline had much better table manners than Juliet. Adeline was a thousand times more mature than Juliet as well, but the two of them were near the same level of stubbornness. Seeing the two of them train together was something that Cynthia feared.

"Alright man I'm done," Juliet said. She got up and shoved her chair in forcefully against the table. Juliet's eyes glowed a bright vivid blue. "Let's go,"

"Oh alright," Adeline said with a smirk. Adeline placed the remainder of her sandwich back down and stood up with Juliet. Crimson looked pitifully at the half eaten sandwich on Adeline's plate. He felt somewhat offended by the sight of his hard work only half eaten.

Juliet and Adeline left the kitchen and headed outside. Danielle watched as Juliet left. Not having Juliet around something Danielle didn't like. Nobody was there to stand up for her now. Danielle was dependent on Juliet, and wanted to have her around at all times. Danielle sunk down into her seat and looked around at the others at the table.

Cynthia was just a seat over from her, but she didn't want to talk to Cynthia. Even if Cynthia was the leader, Danielle was still scared of her. Talking and socializing was something she had always struggled at. Tyla was sitting at the head of the table like a malfalfa boss. Danielle didn't mind Tyla, Tyla was the Radiant Rangers daughter after all. Crimson and Gwendy were sitting beside each other on the other side of the table. The two of them were done eating their sandwiches, but just sat there enjoying each other's presence.
