I was at Tae's house sitting on the couch. I haven't been feeling good lately. I had called Lai and Aysia and they should be here any minute.
Taylin and Kamiri had told me about Kaizer and A'dream. He also told me about her and Kehlani. She always fighting knowing she can't.
I was kinda shocked not because Dream beat her ass but because I didn't know she could fight. I wonder what happened that made her fight her.
There was a knock on the door and Tae came out the room to get it. In came Lai, Aysia, Mari and TJ.
"Hey y'all ok?" Aysia asked and we nodded.
"I ain't been feeling good lately." I said as the boys went in Tae room.
"What's been going on?" Lai asked as her and Aysia sat down on the couch.
"Been throwing up a lot, I'll get dizzy and get the worst headaches. I get weak sometimes." I said.
"You and Tae been fucking?" Lai asked and I nodded.
"Why?" I asked.
"Y'all use condoms?" She asked.
"Well the first night we did it no." I said and Aysia shook her head.
"Bless this dumbass child's heart." She said and I mugged her. Lai punched me in the arm and tears formed in my eyes.
"Why the fuck would you have sex with him, without a condom?" Lai asked.
"He promised he was gonna pullout." I said.
"Well he broke that promise." Aysia said.
"So what y'all tryna say? I'm pregnant?" I asked and they nodded.
"Well I'm not." I said.
"How you know?" Lai asked.
"Because I know me. I don't even look or feel pregnant." I said.
"Well since you think you not pregnant, take these just to make sure." Lai said said pulling out two pregnancy tests.
"You just carry these around?" I asked and she laughed.
"Go take the damn tests Kind." She said and I rolled my eyes getting up. I went in Tae's room and him along with TJ and Mari looked at me.
"You ok?" He asked.
"Yea, I just might have to beat yo ass." I mumbled going in the bathroom. I locked the door before taking out the tests.
"How the fuck do you use these?" I asked myself reading the box.
"Great now I have to pee on the stupid stick." I mumbled throwing the box. After I was done I sat both of the tests face down on the sink.
"Let it sit for 5 minutes." I read the box. I got my phone setting a timer.
"Bae you Ight?" Tae asked knocking on the door.
"I might be." I said bouncing my leg up and down. I sat down on the edge of the tub thinking about what if I was pregnant.
I knew my dad was gonna beat both me and Tae's asses. But just my life with a baby, of my own seemed so weird to me.
I've always wanted a baby. But at a young age I didn't. I wanted to have my life in order. Not that I still can't do that, it's just harder with a child.
The stories my mom told me about having kids kinda scared me. She told me it's the worst pain to give birth. And it's a little bit of a struggle.
But if I was pregnant I wasn't going to abort it or give it up for adoption. I was gonna keep it and take care of it. I had to own up to my responsibilities.
The timer went off and I took a deep breath.
"Kind you Ight in there?" Ta'jarri asked.
"I might be." I said as I grabbed both of the test. I still held them faced down. I took a deep breath closing my eyes.
I flipped the tests over. I slowly opened my eyes looking up at the ceiling.
"Bae." Tay said knocking on the door. I looked down at the tests and they both were positive.
My mouth dropped as tears fell from my eyes. I looked at myself in the mirror standing up. I rubbed my stomach before wiping my face.
"I'm finna beat Tae's ass." I said putting the tests in a drawer. I opened the door and Tae stood right there.
"You ok?" He asked and I just stared at him.
"Bae." He said waving his hand in front of my face and I gave him the hardest slap.
"Heard that from in here!" Aysia yelled form the living room.
"Damn Kind, what I do?" He asked moving away from me a little bit.
"Remember when I told you if I came up pregnant I was gon beat yo ass, remember that?" I asked and he nodded. I stared at him for a second as he thought.
"Ohhh- shit." He said and I threw a spray bottle at him. I picked up his controller throwing it at him.
"Ah- Kind quit!" He yelled and I rushed over to him.
"You get on my fucking nerves I swear!" I yelled grabbing his hair dragging him to the ground.
"Sis what is you doing?" Jamari asked pulling me back.
"Cuz I'm not ready for a kid! And I feel like he did that shit on purpose!" I yelled throwing the remote at him. Lai and Aysia ran in the room.
"Wait so you is pregnant?" Lai asked and I went in the bathroom getting the tests.
"Yes." I said showing them to everybody.
"Why you not happy?" TJ asked.
"Cuz I'm not ready for a kid yet. I don't want it, but imma keep it." I said.
"Yea you better." Tae said and I glared at him.
"You so irritating. Always doing stupid shit." I said.
"Don't be getting mad at him. It takes two. You let him do that knowing he ain't have no condom. You should have known Kind." Aysia said.
"Shut up." I said throwing the tests at Tae. I grabbed my phone going in the living room.
"You need to stop doing all that before you hurt the baby." Tae said and I looked at him.
"Get out my face." I said and he gave me a hug.
"Be happy." He said and I rolled my eyes.
"I am, just having a hard time showing it." I said.
"Oh and I want you to know my dad is going to be after you when I tell him." I said and he sighed.
