𝓢TELLA slowly made her way up the stairs to her front door, her heart practically beating out of her chest. The girl had made sure to take JJ's top so she hadn't looked too bad. When she heard loud laughing and distant chatter, her panic began to decrease, knowing her parents wouldn't yell at her when guests were around. The brunette finally swallowed the lump in her throat and pulled down on the door handle, automatically looking down at two new pairs of shoes at the door way.
From what she could make of it, a teenage girls converse and an older mans classy shoes. Stella knitted her brows together and tip-toed upstairs, glancing through every gap in every door to see if one of her parents were inside. When she finally made it back to her room, she stripped off her clothes and searched for something presentable.
When she heard subtle sound from outside her balcony, she pulled her arms over her chest and slowly made her way to the curtains, pulling one slightly to the side to see Sam sat on a new chair, reading a book. Stella rolled her eyes as she resumed getting dressed before making her way to greet him.
"I wondered when you'd return," Sam smirked the second he caught a glimpse of her, closing his book childishly as he leaped up and grinned like a toddler. Stella only smiled and rolled her eyes before looking further into his bedroom. "Don't tell me you think he's hot— everyone says that," Sam groaned.
Stella only raised her brows, "No, he's good looking but i wouldn't, no, just, no?" She shrugged. The girl could only make out a figure in Sams room, he sat at a desk with his headphones on and his legs upon the wooden object whilst he tampered with his phone. She could only see the back of his head which was very much covered in brown curly hair, somewhat similars to Sam, but if they stood beside each other not similar at all.
"He's my cousin," Sam groaned, glancing back into his room before rolling his eyes. "He writes music a lot, i'd be lying if I said he was bad— because he's actually decent," He admitted whilst a Stella nodded.
"I don't think I know anyone in the Outer banks who makes music— but it sounds fun," She decided to continue the conversation, and yet for some reason they weren't arguing like a married couple yet.
"His names Harry," Sam told her with a smile, one that seemed to be oddly contagious as she had to cough to stop one approaching her lips. "I can call him out if you wan—" The boy added but Stella has already puffed up her cheeks. When Sam raised his brows and caught glimpse of what she was looking at, Harry had already come outside and was stood beside the boy. "Harry...meet Stella, aka neighbour, aka loser, aka—"
