George opened his eyes. He tried to sit up, but realized his arms and legs were restrained to a cool, metal table.
He had a throbbing headache. Memories of what had occurred before he was taken flashed through his mind.
He looked around the room he was in. It was fairly dark, with dark grey walls and floor.
It seemed that the only thing in the room was the table that George was attached to.
George looked around some more until he laid his eyes on a door.
That's a good sign, he thought. Doors mean escape.
But first, he had to get off of the table. The binds holding him down were thick metal cuffs with no give at all. George concentrated, hard. He channeled Force energy into the cuff until he felt a pop.
Alright. One down, three to go.
He began to focus on his other hand cuff when he heard the door open, breaking his concentration and making him jump.
"Good. Your awake."
George audibly groaned as he realized it was, in fact, Dream who had entered the room. His plans for escape had just been thrown out the window.
"Really? You even considered escaping?" Dream asked patronizingly.
"Pardon me for not wanting to sit in a Sith Lord's lair. I just found the room to be somewhat bland," George said with an unamused eye roll.
Dream scoffed. He stretched his hand out, using the Force to snap George's head back down onto the table.
George's head smacked the table with a loud thud, definitely not helping with his head he from earlier.
Dream continued to hold George's head down as he slowly sauntered around the table until he was standing next to George.
George used every ounce of energy in him to try and break the Force hold, but with his head throbbing and his stress rising, he couldn't concentrate.
Dream grabbed George's arm and gently placed it back down on the table, once again fastening the restraint around it.
Dream released his hold on George, allowing him to relax slightly, but he was still on edge.
"Who would have thought that I could beat you, simply by questioning your morals!" Dream said with a laugh. "Now I remember why I left the Jedi Order. All of you are weak and simple minded."
George clenched his teeth. "The Jedi are not simple minded. They are, however, sane," George spat.
Dream laughed at this. "Does Georgie not think I'm in my right mind anymore?"
George was getting very close to losing his cool. "Don't call me that."
Dream smirked. "What, Georgie? You know, when we were training, you would always get so flustered when I would call you that," he said, drawing circles on the table next to George's head.
George's face turned a shade similar to that of a tomato. He decided he would be better off staying silent.
Dream stopped behind George's head, placing his hands on the table on either side of him.
"I have a question for you, George. What have the Jedi done for you? And I don't want one of your stupid sentimental answers."
George thought for a moment. The Jedi had never really benefited George. He just enjoyed being able to keep other people in the galaxy safe from lunatics like Dream.
Dream took his silence as a no. "Nothing? I thought so. But look how powerful I have become," Dream said, walking to the side where George could now see him. "I am basically unstoppable. I can go where I want, do what I want, all because I left."
George yawned to show boredom. "Are you going to get to the point? Or should I just take a nap until you do?"
Dream stepped closer to George and squatted until he was eye level with him. "Join me."
George raised his eyebrows. "What?"
Dream stares him straight in the face. "Join me, in the Dark Side. You and I, we can create all of those memories we lost. We can become more powerful together."
George simply said, "No."
Dream sighed and stood up, still maintaining eye contact with George. "I'm afraid that you no longer have a choice."
