🌞 NEXT DAY

Coach Rosè accompanied Jisoo while she was practicing the flute.

I didn't get a chance to play the piano yesterday so I tried to get a chance now and went to the other room.

I left Jisoo with Coach Rosé.

I went to the other room where the piano was and found Coach Dahyun there.

I asked permission to play the piano and she allowed me to.

She left me and the other trainee to practice.

Then Coach Lisa came in few minutes after Coach Dahyun went out.

She firstly went to the other trainee to assist her with the notes.

During that time I wanted her to finish assisting the other trainee quickly and come over to assist me.

But it took quite long before she did.

She stood in front of me.

"How are you coping up?"

She asked with her typical mentor voice.

"I'm good.."

I said with a low voice.

"Oh.. Okay then you won't need my help anymore?"

I just want you to be here.. I'm --

"N-no.. I think I need it.."

"Let me hear you play it."

I was nervous when I was playing because I'm afraid I might press the wrong tile.

Carefully.. Carefully..

After I finished.

"Impressive."

She said.

My heart was happy hearing it.

"But.."

But? But what??

"You skipped a verse. Didn't you notice?"

She was standing up while playing few tiles while I was watching her hands do it.

Her movement, it was so smooth..

"Have you practiced this before? I think you got the other notes wrong too."

I'm nervous.. Nervous.. Nervous!

"Uh.. Actually.. No.. I was just following the music sheet.."

She sat down beside me.

The piano chair was quite long.

"Can you do it again, please? Just the first part."

Then I did it while looking back and forth to the music sheet.

"Oh, you pressed the wrong note. It's supposed to be.."

She pressed a note.

And then she pointed out the music sheet.

"Here.. In this part."

She made a circle out as a hand gesture.

Suddenly a trainee came in.

Lisa looked at her.

And then I noticed that the trainee just came in to call the other trainee who was practicing the piano along with me.

They both went out which leaves me and Lisa together in the room alone.

I got quite distracted and my heart was beating but I didn't mind it and focused on the practice.

"Did you follow to what I said earlier?"

I nodded.

"It goes like this.."

She played the whole song.

Smoothly and without mistakes.

I really liked the way she played it.

I was truly impressed and was just focused the whole time she was playing.

"H-how do you play it so fast..."

"I played the piano for years, Jennie."

"You're.. Amazing.."

I looked at her but she suddenly looked back causing our eyes to stare intensely at each other.

My heart was beating very fast again with her stare. It felt like magnet. I couldn't remove my eyes on her.

"You're the amazing one."

She said.

I felt weak for what she said and didn't notice my hands fell off from the piano.

I knew this was wrong, I really knew it. But why is it okay with me?!

She placed my hair behind my ear then stared at me back.

I gulped.

"Li-Lisa.. We should go back to practice."

I looked away but she placed her hand on top of mine.

I was completely nervous the whole time. Fvck. What's wrong with me??

Her head slowly came closer to mine.

Is she planning a kiss?! During training??

No -- Is she going insane??

Suddenly few trainees barged in.

Fvck.

We almost got caught but luckily we didn't because we quickly moved away from each other as fast as we could.

She stood up and went outside.

She left me.. Thinking about her.. And what she did..

We were still cautious about our actions because of the rumor so we only made interactions whenever I'm practicing the piano.

I practiced few more times before we were dismissed.

I went home straight, riding on the elevator then suddenly Lisa came in.
