🌞 NEXT DAY
I went to practice with Jisoo.
We were all in one room.
Tomorrow would already be our performance.
I talked to Jisoo.
"Jisoo! I'm so worried about tomorrow!"
"Yeah, me too! But you seem to play the piano really well I heard you playing!"
"Really? I think.."
I was watching Lisa assist others.
"I think I was just taught well by our mentor.."
"Yeah, your rumored girlfriend."
"Jisoo??"
"I'm joking!"
Jisoo and I already practiced along with the other trainees. The mentors were just observing us.
Yeri suddenly came.
"Lame!"
She told Jisoo while she was playing the flute.
Wtf is wrong with her??
"Hoping you'll do well tomorrow."
She stuck her tongue out.
Gosh. Yeri's just so.. immature.
"Jisoo, just don't mind Yeri okay?"
I held her arms.
Jisoo had an upset face.
"She's so annoying!"
"You're doing well, Jisoo.. Don't mind her."
I hugged her.
Then I looked at her.
"Just calm down! Let's just do well tomorrow!"
She nodded.
Dismissal time.
I went out to the cafe with Jisoo.
"I think we'll do well tomorrow Jisoo!"
"Yeah.. I hate Yeri so much."
"Hey, don't be immature like her! We're here to train not to fight with others!"
"Right.."
She sipped her coffee.
I already went home.
Lisa haven't texted me anything.
I suddenly thought of the lipstick.
Right! I have to give it to her!
I texted her.
"Lisa. Where are you?"
"Home."
"Can I.. Uh.. come?"
"Why?"
"I.. Just.. Uh.. Want to see you?
I didn't want to tell her about it yet.
"Okay."
She seems cold.
I went to her room upstairs.
Thankfully, no sign of trainees!
I knocked the door but she didn't open it so I typed in the pass code.
I found her lying down on her bed, sideways.
Why does she look weak today?
I crouched in front of her.
Meeting with her eyes.
"Lisa? Are you okay?"
I held her forehead but she didn't have a high temperature.
"Just tired."
She faced the opposite side.
"You wanna sleep?"
"No.. Why did you come?"
"I.."
I sat beside her body on the back side.
"I just.. Wanted to give something.."
"What is it?"
She looked at me and I gave the lipstick which was wrapped.
"What's this?"
"It's just.. Uh.. A gift?"
She received it and she sat down.
She opened it.
"T-thank you.. Jennie.."
She was looking at the lipstick.
Why does she seem sad?
"Lisa.. Are you okay?"
I held her arm.
She stared at me for a few seconds.
o___o
"W-why?"
"Do you like hugging a lot?"
"What?"
She removed my touch.
"Why do I always see you hugging her?"
Her??
She lied down and grabbed her blanket to cover her body.
"W-what are you talking about?"
"I hate it."
"What? The what Lisa?"
"I hate how you could be together but I just watch you from afar because I can't go near you."
"Who are we talking about?"
I caressed her arm.
"Jisoo.. You're always with her it makes me jealous. You're so happy with her!"
"What?? Jisoo was my first friend in the training, it's normal!"
"But why do you go out with her!"
"Because.. She wanted.."
I still haven't told her Jisoo liked me.
"Uh!"
She covered herself with the blanket but I opened it and lied down beside her.
I cuddled with her.
"Why are you getting jealous over Jisoo? You think you're not doing the same as me?"
"What??"
"You're close with Coach Rosé too!!"
"That's because we're co-mentors for years! You just became friends with Jisoo lately!"
She was raising her voice.
"What? You're even more capable of falling for Coach Rosé because you've been together for years, why are you getting upset of me and Jisoo??"
I removed my hands from her but she placed it back.
"Why do you have to make me jealous?"
"I'm not making you jealous, Lisa!"
She faced me.
"Fine."
She poked my nose.
"I love you, Jennie."
She hugged me.
"Make sure to wear the lipstick on, okay?"
"Of course, it's from you."
Before I left she talked to me.
"Good luck tomorrow, baby Nini!"
Baby Nini??
She was smiling excitedly.
"Make me impressed!"
I smiled at her and left.
