We stormed into the castle to see Elisif being held with a knife to her side by Brok. We all looked at him with contempt and a question in our eyes.
"Harkon offered power, and I couldn't get that if I stayed with you weaklings. Come any closer and I'll gut her." He held her tighter.
Suddenly he let go, an arrow through his temple. Elisif ran toward us and into Arina's arms. Rosla took her out to the Jetty and across the channel.
With Elisif safely out of the way, we were able to kill Harkon in record time. Serana looked relieved and was named the Lord of Volkihar. I looked around for the mystery archer who had saved Elisif. An Argonian walked up to Brok and looted his body for the arrow back. I walked up to him. "Good shot. You saved the Jarl's life."
Standing, he smiled. "Name's Ventus. It's good to see you again." He grinned as my eyes lit up. "It's so good to see you again! My name is Lilitah here. Come meet the rest of the party. Well, minus Rosla, she took the Jarl back across the channel." He followed me over to the others and nodded to Serana. I introduced him to Celesty and Arina. He quickly figured out who they were and hugged them.
"So what do you think? Wanna join up with us?" Ventus nodded enthusiastically.
"What's your level?" Celesty asked him. "I'm level 50." He said proudly. "I'm a smith mainly."
"Oh good, because our smith is laying right over there," I laughed. "Let's go guys. We need to warm up." We swam back across the channel and warmed ourselves by the fire. I assigned watches over the Jarl's tent and we all went to bed.

The next day, we all got to the Blue Palace safely and with the Jarl safely back on her throne, we went to the Winking Skeever to celebrate.
"To new friends and successful missions!" I raised my glass. The others cheered and drank.
The world was peaceful for now. Soon another fight would begin.
