We were finally ready. Well, almost. I looked at our group. I had Daedric armor and a Daedric mace enchanted with fire and frost. Rosla was outfitted in dwarven armor with a longsword and a shield. Ventus had ebony armor on with a Daedric bow and arrows. Arina was decked out in robes of master destruction with two staffs strapped across her back and a dagger at her side, with a circlet on her head. And Celesty had on elven armor with a Daedric bow and a rapier at her side.

Adrienne had worked through the night on basic armor for Tsapi and Ri'nara. They both had dirks strapped to their sides and were carrying basic camping supplies on their backs.

"Alright, let's go. Ri'nara, Tsapi, get in the wagon first. Pile the packs in the middle. Arina, Rosla, you sit by the kits, the rest of us will sit on the other side."

I got in first, followed by Celesty and then Ventus. It was still pretty dark out, so Celesty fell asleep on my shoulder. I smiled softly at her before turning Tsapi and Ri'nara.

"So, gonna tell me what you're doing here? As you might have guessed by now, you do know me by the name I had on Earth and the person I was as a child and teenager. My name here is Lilitah. This is Celesty, Ventus, Rosla, and Arina. My family."

Tsapi looked up at me. "I don't know what I'm doing here. I just know that the two of us woke up together outside of that city. Our fur looks alike so obviously in this world we're sisters but I don't know this girl."

I chuckled. "The gods had a hell of a sense of humor putting you in children's bodies. We had a heck of a time leveling up to where we are. It'll be even harder for you. I'm still half tempted to send you to Gam-Ra and Kalsa, Tsapi. Ri'nara I wouldn't mind keeping around."

"Who are Gam-Ra and Kalsa?" Ri'nara asked, and her voice sounded so quiet and childlike I almost forgot who she was.

"Ralph and Lori. That's assuming they're still alive and not slaughtered by Forsworn somewhere." I shrugged. "Not that I care all that much if they are."

Their eyes widened. "Has this world changed you so much?" I laughed.

"My team and I are the strongest team in history. Why should we care about weaklings from our pasts? However, that said, now that you're with us, we'll train you and take care of you. But it would help if you acted like the  children of this world. Forget everything you knew from Earth, because it's not relevant here."

*Later that day*

"Ow. Even as a vampire those damn seats hurt. Come on guys, the ship is waiting. We can sleep when we're on board. This way." I led them through the Grey Quarter in Windhelm, keeping the kits in the center of the group, protected. Once we got to the dock, the delegate from Solsteim greeted us.

"You seem to have taken on extra cargo, Lady Lilitah." He said, smiling. "Such adorable little warriors." His voice had an edge to it. I flicked a poisoned dagger to his neck and held it there before he could move an inch.

"You really might want to watch yourself. Otherwise word might get back to the Solsteim lord that his trusted ambassador is a kitten lover." He swallowed fearfully and nodded. "Stay away from them," I growled.

After he fell down from shock and fear, we went to the cabin they'd prepared. I instructed the kits to sleep closest to the back wall and Ventus to sleep with them. The rest of us doubled up by the door, daggers in hand. I shoved Celesty's and my bed against the closed door.

Finally, we were truly on our way.
