Stronger Than You Think

Chapter 13: Presents

I wake again to the smell of pancakes. I look around the room and see that nobody's in the theatre.

I breathe in and smell pancakes again. Wait... pancakes... don't tell me he did? Did he?

I run out of the room and into the kitchen. I see the others at the bench and Eden is flipping pancakes near the stove.

I run up to him and jump on his back. "PANNCAKESSSSS!" I scream an the others look at me. They all have bags under their eyes.

"LOL" I say "You all look like fucking zombies". "Speak for yourself" Ty says and I cock my head at him them run into the bathroom.

"FUUUUUCKKK" I groan. I usually have pretty visible bags, but when I'm tired it's like a beacon bleating out of my face.

I slouch my shoulders and walk out dragging my foot behind me. I groan again and Elijah jumps on the table and grabs the vase.

"ZOMBIE ATTACK!" he screams "Don't worry Eda I'll protect you". Eda pulls him down onto his chair and kisses him. "Nice to know you love your twin" Cara says and pouts.

Eli gives her the finger and she throws the cup holder at him. I walk over to Eden and he kisses my forehead. "You're adorable" I say "You know that right?".

"Of course" he says "Not to mention sexy, charming and incredibly sassy". He says in a girly voice cocking a hip.

"SHUT UP EDEN. YOU'LL NEVER BE PERSASSY!!" Andy screams and I laugh at her. Eden pouts and I kiss his cheek.

He stretches and I see the tattoo on the inside of his arm. A feather breaking apart and turning into birds. On his other arm he has let you're imagination take flight in fancy writing.

10 minutes later Eden puts the pancakes on a plate and I grab the maple syrup from the pantry.

I put it on the table as Eden put the pancakes down. I grab two and stick them on my plate. Once we're all seated we start talking.

The boys went and saw 'Lets Be Cops' and the went out for dinner somewhere. "OMG!" Eda screams "We didn't give you guys our presents

"You're right Eda" Keni says. "We'll hand them out in the theatre after breakfast.

We all gather in a circle with our presents and hand them to the twins going clockwise around the circle.

I got Cara a new phone case. It has the fandoms unite symbol on it. I got Elijah a dog tag necklace with a dragon print on it.

Andy hands her presents to them first. She got Cara a panorama camera and Elijah a couple of new singlets.

"If those go missing just rock up at my door" I say and everyone laughs. We continue to hand our presents round and then we head off to get changed.

I walk into the bathroom and change into my black skinny jeans, grey tee and white feather down vest with hoodie.

I enter the theatre and see that nobody is there yet. I look out the window and see snow falling down.

I grab my ugg boots and run out the door pulling my boots and hoodie on as I look up at the sky and spin around.

God I love Ohio in December. It's bloody amazing. I lay down and stare at the sky for a moment.

I hear the door open and I turn my head to see the others walk out. I look at the sky again quickly, pretending I didn't see them.

Something hits the side of my head and I turn to see the others have snowballs in their hands.

I stand up as they come pelting at me.
