Bettys pov
I wake up to the sound of crying and yelling. My vision is blurry and my head hurts. The sounds around me become more focussed and I realise that the crying sound is Emily. My hands and feet's are tied to a chair, but across from me, Emily has a rope tied to her waist and she is crying on the floor. The Ghoulie in front of her is yelling for her to shut up. "Hey," I say. He looks at me and I continue, "Let her come to me and I will calm her down." He contemplates that for a moment, then pulls out a knife and cuts her free. Emily runs at me and sits on my lap and cuddles my chest. I can feel she has a fever and she has definitely been crying a while.
Penny comes downstairs, and condescendingly says to me, "Deja vu." "Penny, I know that you want to hurt Jughead. But please let my daughter go. It will hurt him the same just to have me gone," I am lying through my teeth, but I hope she sees through it. "WRONG!," Penny shouts, "Jones is currently looking for you both, very miserable and very angry. He has even managed to get the 'black mafia' looking for you. I'm impressed." I feel 'hope', stir through my gut and produce a warm feeling. Penny comes over to Emily and runs her dirty hand through Emily's clean blond hair. Emily pulls herself closer to me again, and penny takes out a knife and cuts off a ringlet of Emily's hair. Then comes around to mine and does the same with a larger piece.
Jugheads pov
I'm barking orders through the bar and Sweet Pea comes running up to me. "King," he says, "A Ghoulie sped past me and chucked this envelope at me." I look at the front and it says, 'Bits of the Queen and Princess,' I open the envelope and inside is hair. But not just any hair... Emily's and Bettys. Hair so familiar to me, when I would run my hand through my daughters, and yank on Betty's when we were having fantastic sex. I am even angrier than before and continue yelling orders, "I want them back now!" I yell through the bar, getting everyone's attention.
