Chapter 5: The Storm part 1

A/N Hello people's I'm really out here popping chapters out like babies lol. So how y'all doing. Hope y'all feeling good. Ok on to the story.

Leigh's POV
Last night after the dancers had left, we had all migrated to bed. Jesy was the first to go giving us all a side hug while saying, " If I'm woken up by the slightest noise and it's not an emergency, I will fight all of you.". We all just laughed it off but we knew she was slightly serious so so after we all called it a night.

Currently we were all eating breakfast because we had another signing today. " I don't see why you go to those things, it's not like people actually like you.". I quickly shake my head to shut it up when Jesy starts speaking. " Ok girlies as you all know, we have a signing today so after we can just be lazy and unwind.", she finishes with a smile. We all make noises of conformation and continue eating.

TIME SKIP BROUGHT TO YOU BY LEIGH'S TWERK IN BOUNCE BACK

2 hours later

Jesy's POV

The girls and I had just gotten to the to the signing place when I start to notice Leigh's expression becoming more and more deadpanned. She looks to be deep in thought as she walks,so I slightly pull the hood of her jacket and watch her slightly stumble. She looked back at me as I gave her slight smile she returned it with a fake one. I grab her wrist carefully not to hurt her and pull her close to me.

She continued looking down when we were walking past all the fans so I slightly tugged on her arm. She look up, put on a fake smile, and started waving and saying hi to people. She was the first one in the building and as soon as she got in the smile dropped from her face. Perrie went up to her and started being her cute little self which made Leigh chuckle and laugh.

Jade and I smile at them being their childish selves running around pushing each other. Our manager Paul came in to tell us the signing was about to start. I watched Leigh freeze up with a troubled look on her face. She looks towards Jade who just shrugs and starts walking into the room and we hear a lot of screams. We all come in smiling and waving. We all go sit down. The seating order went Jade me Leigh and at the other end was Perrie.

2 hours later

Leigh's POV

It had been about two hours at the signing and the voices are getting restless. "LaLa Di Da Di da.". I shook my head to get it to stop when a fan comes up to me. I give a close mouthed smile and sign their poster. I shake my head again when both voice start singing again.I give her a wave good bye, grab Jesy by her arm, and speeding to the bathroom. " Hey hey what the hell are you doing Leigh? We have a fan signing to do.", Jesy says in a rushed tone. I looked at her and said, "They're getting restless. They're making random noises and it's driving me crazy.". Her eyes widen momentarily before contemplating something.

She tells me to stay put and leave out of the bathroom. As she's exiting Jade and Perrie com running in. "Paul said you guys need to come back.", Perrie says out of breath from running. Jade just nods her head as back up. I nod at them and send them back as Jesy walks back in with her backpack. "What's in your backpack that could help me?", I ask with skepticism. She just smiles and pull out my bottle of pills. I see them and roll my eyes. "I'm not taking those Jesy. I don't care what you say I'm not-, she cuts me off by shoving two pills in my mouth with a water bottle following it right after. I got to spit it out but her hand instantly covers my mouth.

She plugs my nose and I try to hold my breath as long as I could but I eventually had to swallow the pills so I could breath. Once Jesy took her hand off of my mouth, I glare at her and huff. "You can pout all you want now and I won't feel a thing because you're absolutely adorable when you do so. You'll thank me later but let's go."

Jade's POV

Leigh had taken Jesy to the bathroom in the middle of the signing. When we went to tell them to come back Leigh told us to come back to the signing and that her and Jesy would be back soon. Once they came back, we continued the signing and here we are now driving back home. "Guys I'm hungry.", Perrie says whining. Jesy sighs and reaches into her backpack that's on a pouting Leigh-Anne's lap in the front to pull out a sandwich. She tosses it to Perrie who immediately stars to devour it. "Hey Leigh what's the matter?", I ask because she's been pouting the whole time. She just glares at Jesy before saying, " Some people don't know what the word "no" means.". Jesy just rolls her eyes and mutters a "you're welcome". Leigh just mumbles a "thanks" before going back to pouting.

Perrie and I look at each other before she goes back to eating her sandwich. " Hey jes, you got anything for me in there? I'm super bored and me phone died.", I ask. "Yep I packed a few books for you just in case.", she says while reaching into her bag at a red light. She passes me the hard cover copy of Alice in wonderland. I smile at her to express my gratitude and began reading.

45 minutes later

Still Jade's POV

We had just gotten to the house at about four in the afternoon. We had made it into the house when Leigh had blurred out a suggestion. " Why don't go play around in the pool? It's a nice day.".

Leigh's POV

Jesy's mad at me. I could just tell. She hasn't talked to me since the signing. She was only trying to help and she did. I don't know why I was so stubborn. I'm so glad I took the medicine though, if I hadn't this mental conversation would've be cut short. Ok what should I do to make it up to her? God I'm such an idiot, I always have to try and shut people out.

Oh I know what I could do. I come back out of my room in a bikini and head over to the pool. Great only Jade and Perrie have come down. "Girls, I need your help with something.", I say putting my feet into the water. Perrie paddles over to me while Jade gets up from her chair on the patio. Tomorrow, I want to get Jesy a day at the spa tomorrow. Better yet a whole pampering day. I rely to them my plan and they agree to keep her distracted while I go set it up.

I thank them by pecking their foreheads and running to get changed.

Perrie's POV

Leigh had just run off to go and prepare Jesy's pampering day tomorrow while I go back to lounging on a float in the pool. After a while I hear Jesy come into the back yard, questioning where Leigh was. I look back towards Jade who was already looking at me to come up with an excuse. " She...uh she went to get some cheese. She said we didn't have anymore.", I said seeing as that was the first thing that came to mind. She looked a little skeptical before replying with, " We have heaps of cheese. Why didn't you guys tell her he had some?". Jade cut on before I gave us away with my terrible lying skills. "You know how forgetful Leigh can be. She probably forgot and didn't check.". Jesy was about to argue before she started thinking about something.

"Wait how long has she been gone?", Jesy asks a bit panicked. "I dunno about fifteen minutes now. Why?", I said confused. She mutters a soft, "oh crap.", before starting to pace. Jade and I share a confused glance before Leigh-Anne comes hurdling through the glass doors leading from the house into the backyard. She was about to speak when she tripped over a pool noodle and flipped herself into the pool.

A/N ok I'm ending it here because it's not really a cliffhanger but it isn't a direct ending either. So the next chapter will be out either tonight or tomorrow morning.
