Summary: Things get a little bad when Leigh goes missing.

Jade's POV
I had heard the last of Jesy's words with Leigh and knew that the second oldest would be crushed. I know that Leigh cares about all of us but it's clear to see that she has something deeper with Jesy but I understand why. It's probably none of my business but I'm slightly upset with Jesy. She tells us all the time how sensitive Leigh is yet here she is leaving her in a room by herself after she told Leigh that she didn't feel safe around her. I couldn't help but peak through the slightly opened door to check on my band mate. Curly hair was sprawled out on the floor as Leigh cried and mumbled to herself breaking my heart. Everyone has a soft spot for her because, come on it's Leigh. Who doesn't have a soft spot for her?
"Are you alright Leigh-Leigh?", I question walking in. "No. She hates me Jade, I don't make her feel safe anymore. She told me once that I was her safe place and now she doesn't feel safe around me.", she cries. "Can I hug you?", I ask kneeling down to her. "Please. I could use one.", she answers turning to face me. I quickly wrap her into a tight hug and she nuzzles into me tighter. "I've missed this.", I mumble. "What do you mean?", she asks. "We used to do this all the time, just out of the blue. Now you're always with Jesy, and I get that you need her but it'd be nice if I got some Leigh time too.", I answer. "I feel terrible Jade. I've been neglecting you and Perrie. That won't do at all, let's go right now. All three of us, just me, you, and Pez.", she says pulling back.
"Jesy won't like that idea.", I say looking to the side to hide an eye roll. "I don't care. She obviously doesn't want to be around someone who doesn't make her feel safe.", she says bitterly standing up. "Leigh, she probably said that to get you to calm down. Don't take it personally.", I say giving our oldest band mate the benefit of the doubt. "She said it to my face and looked me dead in the eyes as she said it. And when Jesy only says stuff to calm me down, she'll sit with me and tell me she didn't mean it. Where is she now? Downstairs living her life without me.", the girl snaps. I flinch back from her hard approach and her face softens. "I'm sorry Jade. I shouldn't be taking my feelings out on you.", she says.
"It's alright. I'm just jumpy.", I say dismissing her. "I'm gonna go get Perrie. And you decide what you wanna do.", she says walking out of the room. "I feel like I've gotten meself in a predicament that I shouldn't have been in.", I say looking at myself at the mirror. Leigh and Perrie come in laughing making me smile before Perrie sits down on their bed. "What did you pick Jade?", she questions. "I didn't really think about what I wanted to do. I'm fine with whatever though.", I answer. "How about we go see a movie? It's nothing too extravagant and we can just hang out.", Leigh suggests. "But what would we see?", Perrie questions.
"Alright ditch the movie idea, and let's go play laser tag. That seems a lot more fun.", Leigh shrugs. "Let's go.", Perrie says running out. Leigh grabs my hand before pulling me out the back door with her and Perrie and into the car. She looks back at us from the front seat before starting the radio. "Ok Jerrie, how about we put some money in this laser tag match?", she suggests. "Us against you?", I ask. "Yep. Whadda ya say?", she answers. "That's too easy. It's a deal. How much money we talking?", Perrie butts in. "You each put fifty in making it a hundred, and I'll put a hundred in to make it fifty for both of you. But, the winner gets two hundred, or hundred in you twos case.", she explains. "And, the losers or loser has to do the winners house work for a week.", I add feeling confident.
"It's a deal ladies, place your money in the center console so that the bet can be sealed.", she says opening it. I dig around in my wallet and pull out a fifty dollar bill before placing it in the center console. Perrie places her down on top of mine and Leigh places her hundred on top of ours both before closing the console. "I'll get us a private room, just for us.", she smirks. "You may beat us at a lot of stuff, but this is a Jerrie thing. We're in each other's minds.", Perrie says leaning back. "Jerrie rules.", I add. "We'll see if Jerrie still rules in the maze.", she grins. I hear a phone timer and look up at Leigh. "Do either of you have any water or something else to drink?", she questions digging through the bag next to her with one hand.
