Thursday
Jade's POV
After getting through the morning, Perrie and I have migrated to the basement theater to watch random Halloween movies. "Guys, I need to talk to you.", Jesy says coming down the stairs. I pause Hocus Pocus and look over to her. "This weekend is Leigh's yearly mental health check up and the doctor she likes is back in London so we're gonna be flying back out there with Luke so that he can help me keep an eye on her while she's on whatever medicine they give her. Can I trust you two to be responsible and look after the dogs?", she questions. "Totally. We'll just hang with the boys.", Perrie answers.
She gives a grateful smile before running back up the stairs. "Pez, Jade. We're flying out to Miami this weekend for a party we've been invited to perform at.", Calum says poking his head in. "But don't you need Luke?", Perrie questions. "You forget that we all play multiple instruments. Plus, he said he was going with Leigh and Jes to London to help them out and stuff.", he answers walking away. "It looks like we have the house to ourselves this weekend.", I say looking over to her.
Present Day
Perrie's POV
"Call if there's anything wrong, don't break anything, don't max out your credit cards on Disney stuff, Perrie, I'm begging you, don't eat garbage food. Jade don't let her eat any garbage food.", Jesy says tapping her foot anxiously. "I am an adult and I'll have you know that the five second rule still applies to food that fell into a garbage can.", I say folding my arms. "You can count on me Jes. How long will you be gone?", Jade asks. "We'll be back hopefully on Sunday afternoon or Monday morning.", she answers. "Hurry up Jesy. Leigh is trying to escape the car!", Luke calls out. "You can't stop me!", she yells. "Ok I have to go. Love you both, don't do stupid things.", Jesy says pulling us both into a quick hug and running out the door.
The boys had left early this morning so that they could have time for practice. "Did you get the plans?", I question. Jade pulls out a big piece of paper with a nod. "So today we have a trip to the aquarium followed by the mall to look at the Disney store and the puppy store.", she reads. "Let's get this Jerrie weekend started.", I say grabbing my coat. We head out to one of Leigh's many cars where we find a note. "Since I'm the fun parent, I've decided to leave one of my many babies to you guys for the weekend. It's the car combination and of your favorite colors. Perrie should know which one it is.", I read.
"Yay the sexy car.", I says clapping my hands and grabbing the keys with a green and blue l p. "I'm driving.", I say catching the keys. "How come?", she questions. "Unless you know how to drive stick shift magically then it'd be a lot safer for the both of us.", I answer starting the car. "Since when could you drive it?", she asks. "Leigh taught me like a month ago. I might stall it but we'll be fine if I do.", I answer pulling out the driveway. "So she we go to the aquarium first or the mall?", I question. "I say the aquarium because that way we could eat at the mall and walk it off.", she answers.
She starts fiddling with the radio before it comes to life. "Hey it me Leigh-Anne. If you're hearing this message then you were touching the radio. I'm talking to either Jade or Perrie so I have one thing to say. Hands off my damn radio, I don't want your gross little fingerprints on it. Just talk to the radio and it'll do what you want it to.", Leigh's voice says.
Jade rolls her eyes and goes to touch it before it speaks again. "Jade I am so serious right now if I find even one speck of fingernail dirt on this radio so help me I will hunt you down and hurt you. Love you both, bye.", she continues. "She said talk to it. Try it.", I suggest. "Ok radio play music.", she sighs. "State your name.", the radio says. "Jade.", she sighs. "See what happens when you listen j'adore? What would you like to listen to lovely?", Leigh's voice says from the radio. "Little mix songs.", Jade answers. "Would you like me to put little mix radio on shuffle?", radio questions. "Yes please.", I answer for her. Grown starts to play through the speakers and we enjoy the rest of the ride.
