Varian is thinking, wondering how long will it take to be out of this prison.Is true, the princess is giving him a chance but that won't justify her actions neither his,if he had to think about it, which he didn't because what mattered the most was his dad and his freedom from the amber but that didn't wash away this pan of guilt he felt while reminising everything. He decided to try to slept and let his mind off for a while even if nightmare were sure to come his way.

Cass just realizing how she truly feels for all this mess starts dwelling on her mind and her actions to her friend -yeah her former friend became a threat to Corona because Rapunzel couldn't help him in the storm. if someone ask her she wouldn't know how to react, especially when they find out how all that ordeal turned for the worst: his dad got encased in the amber -his betrayal make any and all sense at the same time.It wasn't all their fault but neither was his. She wishes she could had done more knowing how much his dad meant to him just like hers to herself-but all she can hope for now is that he redeems on his own and become able to help then in this overwhelming journey to find her destiny, the princess's and her destiny,protect the princess and prove herself useful for the crown and be considered to take part on the royal guard -her dream for a lifetime.
She cared for her friend but after all this conflict her mind has been pronting her just how much she appreciated her .After all her best friend will always be first to her anyway ...right ?
