"You didn't have to kill those soldiers..." Y/N said while keeping his gaze towards the teal haired lady in front of him. "Oh you mean these puppets?" She said motioning towards the rotting corpses on the floor. "They mean nothing to me nor for our plans. What I do have an interest in..... is you."

She replied in a calmly manner as she took a few steps towards him. Y/N reached towards Rose by his holster located beside his waist. However it didn't stop the teal haired lady from flinching on his sudden action, but instead walked slower. Neo stood back in anticipation as she began to worry about not for her business partner, but for the man who took responsibility to look after her after she was held captive. Until now...

The thing about Neo, is that she was never a bad or good person, but merely a mercenary. She was normally known as the mute badass assassin who was teamed up with her partner in crime Roman Torchwick. She was originally tasked to apprehend the H/C haired boy, kill or capture. However during the fight back in Vale, she had this odd feeling about Y/N during their encounter.

She never really knew much about Guardians and what they did. Living her past life as an abused orphan could do that to most people. Ever since those Sentinel troops fired off those rockets back in downtown, it started to give her doubts of who she was working with. She of course never liked those who double cross in a deal.

Her family abandoned her, she didn't have much close friends but instead called them as partners, such as her most recent one 'Roman'. She prevented any more people to get too close to her or else she might go through all those nightmares she thought she had overcome. Maybe staying here in Beacon for the meantime would be a better start to think about her objectives.

Because ever since she joined Cinder and her group, she didn't feel free anymore. Always being ordered to, gaining not as much as she would back in her days, more importantly not enough time to herself. It reminded her about those days in the orphanage... But ever since she met the H/C man, she felt a small spark of hope that could one day lead to her goals.

"Wow I'm flattered. However you may get my autograph sometime later. For now I suggest you leave her to me and leave this place as soon as you can. Whoever the hell you are..." Y/N spoke back with a bit of haste in his voice. Neo couldn't help but blush a bit from his sudden 'possessive' attitude.

"Why of course. I never actually introduced myself have I? Apologies, the name is Malvada. And I'm afraid I can't simply walk out of here empty handed." She said in a intimidating yet seductive voice. "And I have different plans for you, and I'm not going anywhere until I finish what I came here to do...." Malvada exclaimed before lunging towards Y/N with her dual daggers formed from her dark powers.

Y/N managed to react in time as he summoned his signature sword before clashing weapons with each other. Malvada swiped his sword away before doing a quick spin behind him as she tried to stab him from the back. Y/N swiftly turned back to push her arm away before making any contact towards him as he swept his leg below her.

She jumped up in time before doing a roundhouse kick to his face. Y/N stumbled back a bit before regaining his stance. Malvada looked at Neo before motioning her to attack him. With slight hesitation, she nodded before grabbing her umbrella and moving towards him in a normal pace. Y/N noticed her going towards him as he changed his focus towards Neo. That however was a mistake, as he felt a slash on his upper left arm.

He winced from the pain before being hit in the face from Neo's umbrella. Y/N tried his best to counter and parry Neo's attacks who were nearly impossible to counter every attack she makes due to her quick agility. But as the both of them were fighting, Malvada stood back from them before taking out a sharp dagger from her waist. She gripped it tightly as she slowly closed her eyes, concentrating on her powers.
