Beacon Academy - Team JOCA's Dorm

The Next Day

Y/N POV

We are currently inside our dorm resting up. Cayde as always, is by his bed sleeping while taking up every space of his bed. Olivia is over by the bathroom wearing a tight white t shirt as she combs her loose brown hair while looking through the mirror. Amelia is by the study desk organising our gear and communications equipment. While everyone's doing their own thing, I decided to head on out to talk with Professor Ozpin, until Amelia called out to me.

"Hey, where do you think you're going?" She asked strictly as I slowly turned around facing her. "Oh! Uh just heading to Professor Ozpin, you know to stay updated and see if we can gather any more intel. You know the... usual stuff." I tell her sounding sketchy. She simply crosses her arms and giving me a doubtful look before giving in. "Fine, but you better be back here before dinner. We already skipped lunch so don't you dare be late." She said with the "big sister" attitude. I nodded before giving her a quick hug to cool her down, as I head out the office/clock tower.

During my walk through the corridors, I heard a feminine voice call out to me as I turn around curiously to see who it was. I turned to see two female Beacon students, one had bunny ears and a camera dangling below her neck, while the other wore some shades and held a purse on her right hand. The girl with bunny ears hid behind the chocolate haired girl as she cowered out adorably.

"Hey, you're that Guardian everyone's been talking about right? Ever since you guys arrived they've been talking non stop about you. I could see why~" She flirted as she tilted her shades. I gave off a small chuckle before politely introduce myself. "I'm sorry, I don't think we've met yet. I'm Y/N, Y/N L/N." I said as I reach my hand out for her to shake. She slowly accepted the handshake before putting a bit too much contact on the handshake.

"I'm Coco Adel, but you can call me whatever you want~" She stopped mid intro before pulling the girl from before beside her. "This cute little bun bun is Velvet." She introduced as Velvet became flustered from the sudden action. She nervously changed her glances towards me before properly introducing herself.

"H-h-hi there, I-I'm Velvet Scarletina... I uh... heard many stories about you guys." She spoke with more cheer at the last bit. I smiled widely from her cute nature, causing her to blush. "Is that so? Hopefully not all of them were bad." I joked as she shook her head rapidly while still blushing like a girl being proposed to.

An idea popped in my head as I reached a hand into the small pouch next to my chest plate. I then brought out a scarf like blanket with the Hunter emblem added on it. "Here, consider it as a souvenir. Winter season is coming around the corner, and I wouldn't want you to get cold now." I said to Velvet as I handed the scarf out for her. She turned wide eyed from the unexpected offer as she waved her hands out in front of her politely denying it.

I simply brought it out closer to her as she finally gave in and accepted it. She rubbed the scarf with her thumbs as I notice her surprised expression. "It's so soft..." She whispered before getting out of her trance. "o-Oh! I'm sorry, thank you so much for this... I love it..." She whispered at the end as I then turn my attention to the little fashionista beside me.

"And for you, you'll need to get my attention if you want to do anything else you hear?" I say trying to match her flirtatious tone. She smiled from the sudden change of attitude as she smirked confidently saying "Oooh you're on stud, just you wait because you'll be the one falling for me real soon~"

I then decided to break the conversation as I tried to continue my walk towards the office. "Well it's a pleasure meeting you girls, but I got somewhere else to be. I'll see you two around." I waved as I head on out to the elevators.
