Lily's POV

I was enveloped with hugs and such as my friends accepted me for who I was now. They made a promise to always have a notepad on them so that I could talk with them.

It warmed my heart knowing that they still loved me, even if I was mute now.

Dad didn't show it easily but he was over the moon that everyone in the class accepted what happened to me and was willing to help me in any way.

Bakugou didn't approach me until lunch though, I guess he was still collecting his thoughts.

"Oi, dumbass," I turn to the voice, there stood a ashy blond Pomeranian. "Were you telling the truth about nearly fucking dying on the way to the hospital?" I nod once.

Confirming his thoughts.

He nearly lost you. Nearly lost one of his closer acquaintances. That thought would eat at him for the rest of his days.

It also confirmed you were strong. As equally strong as he was. It made him want to protect someone who he now thought as a friend.

I smiled towards the Pomeranian. And wrote on a note pad.

Thank you. I heard that the main reason I got to the ambulance so fast was because of you and Kirishima. I owe you my life.

The blonde gave a small smile and 'tch,' "You sure as hell do you dumbass," I grin and begin writing again.

Do you want to train together for the Sports Festival?

He looked up at me, a bit of shock crossing his face. "You going to be healed enough by that point?" I only nod once. Affirming the question.

"Sure, but I'm not holding back dumbass."

I don't want you to you Pomeranian.

"Oi! I'm not a Pomeranian you bitch!" He says it like he means it but I can tell through his eyes that he's glad I'm even alive.

"Anyway, lets go eat before shitty hair thinks you've been kidnapped or something," I smirk and put the pad away, skipping after him. My hair swaying side to side.

Thank you Bakugou. Thank you for saving my life.

We make it to the lunch room and find our seats next to Mina and Kirishima. I pull out my pad and pen just in case I feel like talking.

"Now where were you two?" Mina asks a mischievous glint in her eye. I sighed and picked up the pen.

He was busy threatening that if I did that again he would kill me. Kinda like you Mina.

She turns a darker shade of pink in embarrassment, and I give a breathy chuckle. Smiles were on everyone's faces as we ate. And soon enough it was time for hero lessons.

Today I worked on endurance training with my quirk. Thank the gods my vision wasn't affected like the doctors said it would be.

I mainly worked on keeping my eyes open for long periods of time. By the end the bags under my eyes were deeper than I'd expected, and my eyes were bloodshot.

I did what I was supposed to and that's what matters.

The end of the day was strange too.

"Whoa! What is everyone doing here?!"

"They're crowding around our door!"

"I swear if you're holding us hostage I won't let you!"

What was going on? I pick up my bag and walk to the door, there I saw a large crowd of kids, watching us like hawks.
