Good news: I successfully avoided Bakugou for the rest of the day.
Bad news: He's majorly pissed.

I groan inwardly as I lay my head on my desk, today was only Tuesday. I still had a little over a week before my surgery, the thought both terrified me and sent waves of excitement down my spine.

I had never gotten surgery before, never. Not once. Or, at least not one I had to mentally prepare myself for.

I was still going to be participating in the internships, and was heavily leaning to Fourth Kind. I had 71 requests which put me slightly over Eijiro. But I was worried about Iida.

From what I heard his brother was attacked by the Hero Killer: Stain. The accident happened in Hosu and if I wasn't mistaken Iida seemed like the type of guy to initiate revenge.

His brother was somebody he highly looked up to, do the thought that he would purposely go after him stuck with me. Maybe I should take my intern in Hosu to keep an eye on him?

I don't think he would enjoy me looking over his shoulder all the time so probably not.

My reasonability did nothing to calm the storm of nerves in my stomach though.

I just had to hope if he got into trouble someone could get him out. Mina walked in and sat behind me, I turned to her in earnest.

Mina.

I started. With her name to get her attention.

I'm wanting to cut my hair a little, should I?

She gasps and her eyes seem to sparkle. "Of course hun! You should totally do that! How short are you wanting it?"

Maybe waist length, I'll see if my guardian will take me after school. Do you know who you want to intern with?

"No idea, I doubt I got any recommendations, so I'll probably be going with someone closer." I nod, knowing she was probably right about going for someone closer.

"Morning Sis, Morning Ashido!" I hear a familiar Red head from behind me. I turn slightly and wave, wishing good morning as well.

"SHITTY HAIR!!!" I heard the voice that I sadly recognized and rolled my eyes. Stomping was heard and then a 'Good morning Bakubro!'

"DONT PLAY DUMB WITH ME, WHAT DID LILY TELL YOU EXTRAS?!"

Not a sound was made, nobody wishing to take on the angry Pomeranian at his peak of rage.

"Bakugou I suggest you sit down before I make you." A gruff voice from the door says, I silently thank him for stepping in.

Bakugou complies angrily, glaring daggers at me the entire time he was walking to his seat.

"Alright, today you will be choosing your hero names, choose wisely or-,"

"Or you could be stuck with something utterly indecent!" Auntie Nemi said as she opened the door.

"She's got that right, this is not really my forte so Midnight will be overlooking all of your choices so that you don't get stuck with something terrible for the rest of your life. Wake me when you're done."

He then zipped himself into his yellow sleeping bag and fell asleep.

Auntie Nemi passed white boards to everyone and we got started on our names. I sighed. I really wasn't prepared for this. Even after living with pros for gods sake I couldn't think of a hero name.

I wanted to be a stealth fighter. So maybe something that originated from there? I sighed, giving up.

I got out my phone and texted Papa, asking for a hero name. I got a reply quickly.

Phantom.

Phantom? What was that? I look up the definition and read through.

A ghost.

Wow. Thanks foogle for the deep meaning. But honestly I kinda liked the name, I wouldn't mind being called Phantom.

That's it. I was gonna be called Phantom. Papa recommended it, he also had chosen Dads hero name, so he was a reliable source.

I uncapped the marker and begin writing my title.

The stealth hero: Phantom

I recapped my marker and by that time people had begun showing their names. I watched as people went up and named themselves, it was exciting and even though some got turned down, (Bakugou) it was exciting.

"Lily? Do you have yours?" Aunt Nemi calles for me, I watch as Dads eyes open slightly, he was excited for my hero name, almost as much as I was nervous.

I nod silently and make my way to the front, flipping my board for my class to see.

"Phantom?" Jiro asked, I smiled, saying yes.

"Wonderfully chosen hun!" Nemi screeched. My smile grew into a grin as my Aunt said yes. After I got a few more positive responses I skipped back to my seat.

"Was that all?" Aunt Nemi asks, "Other than Bakugou that must rethink his?" Nobody made a move to protest so everyone's names were locked in.

"Alrighty! They're all yours Aizawa!" She said before exiting the classroom.

"Now that, that's out of the way, we need to talk about internships, everyone will be participating so make your choices."

He pulled down the amount of requests and some people's jaws dropped. Todoroki has gotten more than Bakugou, which was opposite of what they placed.

I snickered slightly.

He may have won the battles, but he did not win the heart of the people.

"Turn them into me later.." he said before zipping back up.

Where are you going Bro?

He shrugged, "Probably Fourth Kind, they said he's super manly, so that fits me." I nod excitedly and scribbled quickly.

I was thinking of going there too!

"Really? Well damn, then I'll see you there then Sis!" I watched him grin my way before writing down where he wanted to go. I did the same and quickly we both turned our papers in. We decided to hang back and wait for the Bakusquad, even though I don't want to be near him, his friends are also my friends.

Mina exited first, then Kaminari, Sero, and finally Bakuhoe.

I walked in between Eijiro and Mina, they acted as guards once again, while Bakuhoe, Kaminari, and Sero walked behind us.

We walk to the open ceiling food court and find good seating, I went and got some food, since I don't ever make my own.

With my tray in my hands I walk to the table and sit next to Mina. She kept good company and she was also the only other girl at the table.

We kept up good conversation but every once in a while I saw from the corner of my eye Bakugou giving me looks.

Some looking angry, others confused, and finally the ones that killed me the most, longing stares.

Did he really care that I wasn't talking to him anymore? Or was he just faking for my attention? Because he's more than capable of breaking my heart if I let him in too close.

Either way, I'll rise up against his tricks. Silence his stares slowly, and bring that ego to its knees.

All I had to do was hope that he was willing to comply, for the sake of our friendship. I will rise up to this challenge.

The challenge named Bakugou Katsuki.
