I woke up to a voice.

I opened my eyes, seeing Demi standing there with the girls behind her.

"Y/N." She sighed, embracing me in a hug.

I hugged the girl back.

Lauren didn't even look at me.

She hated me.

"Come on, lets get you out of here." Demi lifted me into her arms.

I let her carry me.

"Are you sure you can take her, Demi?" Lauren spoke up.

"I don't want her messing with your pack." I rolled my eyes at her.

For a person who hates me, she sure doesn't want me to leave.

"Yeah. The pack already knows her, she's a friend." Demi spoke, looking at Lauren.

Lauren didn't say anything, just nodding.

We left and Demi brought me into her territory.

I was met with Perrie, Leigh Anne, Jesy, and Jade.

"Y/N!!" They ran to me, embracing me in a hug that made me wince.

"Girls! Come on, she's hurt. Let the girl breathe." Demi brought me to her bed, setting me down.

"Okay, we're going to set some ground rules, Y/N." I nodded, knowing that Demi was very strict when it came to the pack.

"If you want to stand or move around, you'll ask for help." That was an obvious one.

I nodded.

"You must have someone with you at all times." I groaned at that.

"Demi! Even-" she gave me a glare.

I rolled my eyes.

"Fine." I huffed.

"Next, you will obey what the girls and I order you to do." I crossed my arms over my chest.

"We just want to protect you, Y/N." I nodded and she sat beside me.

"That's all for now." I leaned my head on her shoulder, letting out a sigh.

"They killed the vampires, Demi." I nibbled on my bottom lip.

"I saw it." Demi brought me into her lap, comforting me.

She was the only person to do this, the first at that.

I was never comforted or cared for.

"You've been through a lot in such little time, Y/N... I'm sorry." She sighed, rubbing my back.

I buried my face into her neck, feeling tears form in my eyes.

She held me close, and her embrace made me feel safe. She cared, that's as enough for me to burst into tears.

I let all the emotion out that was once pent up in the back of my mind.

She just held me, whispering sweet things into my ear.

This felt nice. Being held felt nice.

Once I calmed down, she looked into my eyes.

"You're safe now, Y/N. The girls and I will be there to protect you. You will not be alone. Not anymore." I gazed into her eyes, seeing nothing but care and determination in them.

She leaned in, bringing her lips to mine.

This was new. This feeling was new.

I didn't know if I liked it or not.
