When the Weather Is Calm

CHAPTER 6

Lumipas ang araw at pansin ko ang kakaibang ikinikilos ni Adam. 

Lagi siyang umiinom kasama nila Theo. Minsan ay kasama ako but I only drink beers. I have low tolerance to alcohol.

Sa bahay naman ay madalas nagkukulong siya sa kwarto.
Kapag kakain ay tahimik siya at pinipilit na huwag dumungaw ng tingin sa akin.

Sa sala ay nagkakasalubong kami ngunit mabilis din naman siyang iiwas at biglang aalis.

When I dared talk to him he just give me a cold look and a piece of words. Nilumot na ata ang utak  at ilang salita lang ang alam niya.

It's obvious that he's avoiding me. What the hell is his fvcking reason!?

Mukha ba akong may ketong o virus at panay ang iwas niya sa akin?

Nasasaktan ako sa ginagawa niya. Every night I can't help but to think about him with his weird actions. Did I do something off limits? I can't remember any one. We are cool this past weeks. May mga sign na ng kanyang weird actions dati but it was only minimal. Ngayon ay halata na.

I connect my flashdrive to my laptop and open the files that full of pictures of Adam.

This week ay wala akong picture namin dahil sa ikinikilos niya.
Last upload ko ay nung balot siya ng comforter dahil sa kanyang hangover.

I am slowly smiling when I see his pictures. Ang ganda ng ngiti niya sa mga ito. Meron ding naka simangot at wacky faces.

It's hard to resist this feelings.
It's hard to control, pretend and fake my actions whenever I'm with him.

We've known each other since childhood, and now I am really attached to him. His existence, the way he cared for me and staying by my side when I'm in a fragile state makes this feelings grow. I am scared that it might bloom someday. If that happens, I don't know what I'm gonna do.

Ang lungkot dahil lumalayo siya sa akin. Ano bang ginawa ko?

His actions are like this because he still can't get over Lucy. Mahal na mahal niya iyon. I witness their love for each other.

Lucy is beautiful, tall and kind.
Kahit ako ay nahumaling noong ipinakilala siya sa amin ni Adam.
Mabait siya at maalalahanin kaya siya nagustuhan ni Adam. Bonus na siguro ang kagandahan niyang taglay.

And she is the reason why he act like this. Lucy is rare.

"Teka nga bakit ba iwas na iwas ka sa akin?" I bravely asked Adam here at the kitchen Area.

Inamoy ko ang sarili ko kung may unwanted smell ako na siyang dahilan ng pag iwas niya sa akin.

"Naliligo naman ako ah! Ano bang problema mo!?"

He give me his sharp eyes and take a breathe before speaking coldly.

"You are just over see things. Hindi kita iniiwasan."

I smirk a little to his attitude when he suddenly pass on me like he doesn't care at all.

"The class will start soon. Are you done working your papers for the enrollment?"
