"Okay, so wait, you're telling me you told Dr. Sullivan about A?" I asked, taking the hair that got stuck on my lip gloss as we walked towards Dr. Sullivan's porch.
Last night after Spencer and I finished talking, we discovered that nobody was at Dr. Sullivan's office when Emily just said that she asked us to meet there then later on getting a text message from A that the doctor was out.
"Yeah and then she just disappeared that night when we went there." Aria answered as Spencer pressed the doorbell, hoping that Dr. Sullivan would come out the door and answer our questions.
"Dr. Sullivan, are you home?" Hanna asked as she peeked at the windows. I tucked my hair behind my ear and looked around to hopefully see something that would help us when I spotted a pile of newspapers on the wooden floor.
"I think she spent the night somewhere because she hasn't checked her mail nor her newspapers." I said, picking the newspaper up from the ground to show the girls who huddled around me.
"Maybe we should call the police." Emily suggested as she clutched her phone tightly in her hands, "And say what to Officer Garrett when he starts asking us questions?" Hanna answered and I nodded.
I let out a sigh and dropped the newspaper into Dr. Sullivan's mailbox before crossing my arms to listen to Spencer, "They're all connected, we can't trust any of them."
"Look, the last time somebody thought she knew who "A" was, she got hit by a car." Spencer said, turning to look at me before saying, "Sorry, Li."
I gave her a shrug before turning to Emily who was starting to get squimish, "Okay, so what do we do?" She asked Spencer.
"We go into terror alert red and hope that our phones don't ring."
How ironically that after Spencer said that, Emily's phone rang making her groan, "That did not just happen!"
"It's Maya." Emily said to Spencer, the corners of her mouth slowly formed into a smile as she tucked her phone back into her bag, "Look at you, suddenly all happy." Hanna teased making her blush even more.
"I better get going." Emily said while still blushing, causing all of us to chuckle, "Me too." Hanna said, nodding at Emily as they turned to leave.
"Yeah, sorry me too." Aria said to us with an apologetic smile on her face making Spencer and I nod, "Can I stay over at your house? Leo is away spending some quality time with Logan." I said, stuffing my hands into my jeans pocket.
"Yeah! Of course." Spencer replied making me shriek in happiness. "Thank God you said yes! I was starting to get crazy being alone in that house." I breathed out, linking my arms with Spencer's making her look at me weirdly before we started to walk towards my car.
