Chapter 34

-Timeskip to the day with the action (third day?)-
I woke up with cramps in my stomach. Not now, I thought. I got up and went to the bathroom and of course it's that time of the month. I went downstairs hoping I wouldn't lash out at anyone. I went to get some chocolate, not the healthiest breakfast but it's delicious.
"Good morning (L/N)!" Iida exclaimed, looking at what I was eating, "chocolate isn't a good meal for a productive day!"
I looked to see him doing his weird hand motions. "Good morning Iida, as for the chocolate, it's delicious so I don't give a fuck if it's not healthy."
"(L/N), language!"
I sighed, going back to gnawing on my chocolate bar. Iida was sitting across from me, downing orange juice like alcohol. Once I was finished I got on my phone looking at my pictures.
"Hey Iida let's take a photo."
"Okay (L/N)!"
I got in the seat next to him and put my arm around his shoulder. Iida was stiff at first but slowly got comfortable. He started to put his arm around my shoulder, though he put his arm back down. Though I couldn't see it at the moment he was blushing.
"On three say heroes!"
"1...2...3.. heroes!" we yelled in unison.
I looked at the picture with Iida looking at it from over my shoulder.
"You look really nice (L/N)."
"Compared to you I look like trash, you should really try modeling Iida."
"Really?!"
"Yep!" I said flashing him a smile.
"Look at you two getting along." Manual said, signaling us to get ready.
I got up walking behind Iida and Manual. Manual asked if Iida was after the hero killer, and Iida said he wasn't. One of the reasons I came here was to make sure Iida didn't go after Stain. I could see Iida get stiff, though he was trying to hide it. He definitely came here to go after Stain, and no matter what I'm going to keep him from trying to put himself in harm's way.
"Why'd you come here (L/N)?" Manual asked me.
"To spend time with my friend."
With that the conversation stopped. We walked for a while, with me thinking. I walked beside Manual, if Iida saw me staring at his back he would know that I could tell he was lying about not being here for Stain. Then explosions started going off. Before anyone could say anything I ran towards the commotion with Manual following behind me.
"(L/N), slow down!"
I stopped taking in the sights. A fire and one of the weird things like the ones from USJ, I think they were called nomu's. I looked behind me to see that Iida wasn't there. I walked in the direction we came from, Manual was too busy helping the heroes he probably won't even need me. I looked to get a text from Midoriya with a location. I used my wings and got far enough from the ground to not be seen. I was over the location and dropped down to see Midoriya on the ground, Iida bleeding, Stain standing farther in the alley, and some guy slumped on the wall, and Todoroki standing there, he probably got the same text as me.
"Midoriya, what's the sitch?" I asked while leaning on Todoroki's shoulder.
He shoved me off of his shoulder, causing me to stumble.
"More distractions." Stain said.
He threw knives at me and Todoroki. Todoroki dodged his and I caught mine.
"Hmm, such a nice knife, I really hope you don't mind me keeping this." I said while putting the knife in my pocket and getting my staff.
I looked to see Stain in front of Todoroki, trying to lick his neck. Before I could try and help Todoroki activated his left side, keeping Stain away. He still payed attention to me and tried to cut my arm, but I used my staff to take the hit, then activated my wind quirk to blow him away.
"Odd how the one who hasn't even been hit with a knife already smells like blood?" he asked, obviously directing that towards me.
I didn't answer instead I made myself invisible while Todoroki surrounded himself with ice.
"You three stop, he's mine to..." Iida started.
Todo interrupted him though when Stain was trying to get to Todo again Mido knocked him out of the sky. We learned that his quirk's effectiveness depends on the person's blood type.
"I'll draw his attention while you provide rear support Todoroki!" Mido said.
"I'll draw his attention too!" I yelled.
"3-on-1, huh? At least you're not naive." Stain said.
Mido and I ran towards him. I have to try and avoid any knives but try and land hits on him. If I can take his quirk I could try and use it against him. I just have to get close enough. I ran towards him getting ready to be able to hut him with my staff before Todo sent out ice, causing Stain to go to attack him. Iida got up protecting Todo from the attack. He promised that we wouldn't have to shed anymore blood. After a few attacks I saw a tiny glint from a knife being thrown at Iida. I tried to grab the knife like I did before, but it cut my finger and stabbed Iida in the arm. I looked to see the blood on my arm. I walked up dragging my staff on the ground.
"(L/N),what are you doing?!" Midoriya yelled after me.
I used my wind quirk to slow down a knife thrown at me and put it in the same place with the other one. I got close enough to him to clearly see his expression, he was taunting me. I hit him in the side with my staff but he cut me near my shin with a knife while he was hunched over. I put my hand on the knife and used me wind quirk to run back.
"Are you okay (L/N)?" Mido asked me.
"Yeah I'm just fine." I said, licking the blood off of it.
After that Mido started running to jump on the ice and Iida used his legs to attack Stain. Midoriya punched him and Iida kicked him in his side. Todo sent ice after him knocking him out.
"Are you alright (L/N)?" Midoriya asked.
"Yeah I'm fine."
I forgot about my cuts during the whole thing. Some heroes came to help us and Iida apologized for us being wounded. Midoriya got pulled into the sky by a nomu before Stain stabbed it. Endeavor came and caused Stain to freak out. He called all the heroes fake and challenged them. He passed out and we had to go to the hospital.
