After I got out of the hospital Manual understood if I wanted to leave early. I agreed otherwise mom would've called every hour to make sure I was safe. During the train I got a text from mom that she couldn't convince her boss to let her take off early to meet me at the train station. I walked home, letting myself walk in an alley and teleport home. I laid on the couch and turned on the TV, watching Proud Family. I heard my phone so I got up and looked

I sighed, setting my phone down, my wings slightly twitching from agitation. I should forgive him, he didn't know what he was doing. I got up looking at the door with dread. I went outside and grabbed the spare key and put it on the counter. I grabbed a glass of water and had half of it. Once my episode was over I heard a knock on the door.
"(Y/N), please let me, in I just want to talk." he lamented.
"..."
"What do I have to do to make you forgive me?"
"..."
"I'll take you out for ice cream, my treat." he offered.
"..."
"And ¥2,152.82 (20 dollars) and instant ramen."
"..."
"I'll give you two of each shark in animal crossing plus everything else, final offer."
"... Deal."
"Now will you let me in?"
"Sure." I said, opening the door.
He walked in and gave me a hug. I hugged him back and gave him a smile. He walked me to the couch and took the seat next to me.
"I'm glad you accepted my apology, you're my only friend" he admitted, scratching his neck.
"What happened to all the people you hung out with?" I asked.
"They were fake-ass bitches so I dropped them."
I couldn't help but laugh, I mean Haru has a nice sense of humor. He joined in laughing with me too.
"What's your class like?" he asked.
"I mean it's great, the teachers are great, most of my classmates are great, and UA is a fun school?" I said, "not to mention that almost everyone, in my opinion, is pretty cute."
"Oh, really?" he asked, with a tone that had a hint of something I didn't understand.
"Yeah, everyone is really nice too."
"Oh."
"What's your class like?"
"Well, it's fun there, but that's basically it."
"You don't have any friends?"
"No, everyone knew each other from middle school so I feel out of place."
"Maybe you should meet my friends!" I exclaimed, "everyone will probably love you."
"Hopefully."
Haru did want to meet your friends, just not fit the reason you thought. He wanted to know if anyone liked you from the way they acted.
"Can we watch the proud family episode with Mariah Carey?"
"Sure Haru."
I tossed the remote at him, taking a blanket and wrapping myself in it. He changed to that episode.
"How's your mom doing Haru?"
"She's doing fine, she still thinks we're dating though."
"That's why you haven't let me go to your house?"
"Yeah."
We watched the episode in silence, Haru laughing at the episode. After that we went back to the episode I was watching and went through the entire series. Once we were done my mom came in the door.
"Hi sweetie, Haru."
"Hi Ms. (L/N)."
"Oh can we watch The Princess and the Frog?" She asked taking the seat on my left side.
"Of course!" I said, turning it on, "how did you get off of work so early mom?"
"One of the night workers agreed to take my shift so I could take care of you for the rest of the week.
"That was so sweet of them!"
After that we watched the movie in silence. I got up and made a bowl of popcorn for everyone. I set it down and grabbed a handful and had a few at a time. Mom only had one piece at a time, and Haru grabbed a whole handful and ate it in one bite. I started to get tired and fell on my mom's shoulder, with her putting her head on her other shoulder. We were almost finished with the movie then I heard someone sniffling.
"Haru, are you okay?"
"No! Everytime I see this I get so sad because Ray dies!" he sobbed.
"It's alright, Ray ends up with Evangeline in the end so it's a happy ending," I consoled, rubbing circles in his back.
"I guess it is."
He wiped his eyes with his arm and looked at the ground. We were at the part were the restaurant was made. We decided to watch the credits. The song in the credits is emotional and it reminds me off a few people in my life.
"I gotta get home (Y/N)."
"See you soon Haru."
I turned off the movie and watched a few YouTube videos. During one of the videos I got a notification.

Haru has changed (L/N)'s name to: My Evangeline💜

That was really sweet of him. I didn't think much of it because I was tired. I layed on the couch falling into a dreamless sleep.
