Chapter 35

-Tomorrow in the hospital-
I had bandages on my leg and a bandage on my finger. I sighed, this is the second time I've been here this year. I made the bed then sat down, cradling my legs and moving my finger around my wound.
"Looking back what we did was incredible," Mido said.
"Yeah."
"It's a miracle we're still alive."
Then Manual, Grand Torino , and the police chief walked inside. The chief said that it was against the law because we used our quirks. So they were going to give credit to endeavor. I was mad but not as mad as Todoroki, he called the man a mutt. We bowed to him and he bowed to us, thanking us for trying to keep the peace. I got texts from everyone in class seeing if I was okay. I walked outside to get some water. When I got back Iida was talking about his hand.
"Until I succeed in becoming a true hero, my hand will be a reminder." he said.
"I'm sorry," Todo said.
"What do you mean?" Mido asked.
"When I'm involved people's hands get messed up."
"I'm glad you can make a joke Todoroki," I said, holding in my laughter.
"I'm not joking. Just call me the hand crusher."
"The hand crusher!" I yelled.
I got out my phone and started taking some pictures.
"(L/N), what are you doing?" Mido asked me.
"Taking pics for the gram."
"What's the gram (L/N)?" Iida asked.
"Instagram Iida." I said, "if anyone needs me I'm going for a walk guys."
"(L/N), you're only wearing a hospital gown," Todo stated.
"Oh yeah, I'll make hospital gowns the next trend while I'm at it."
"(L/N) you need to wear pants."
I went looking for something but I couldn't find my hero outfit. I sat down next to Mido, laying my head on his shoulder scrolling on my phone.
"W-what are you doing (L/N)?" Mido stuttered.
"Sitting on a bed."
I sat up staring at everyone then my phone started ringing. I looked to see my mom was calling me.
"I gotta take this," I said, "hi mom."
"(Y/N), are you okay? I was so worried, I'm sorry I couldn't call you earlier my boss wouldn't let me call until my lunch break." she said with a frantic tone.
"Mom I just have a few cuts, I'm fine."
"Just let me know if you need to come home."
"I will."
"I gotta go my boss is cutting my lunch break short."
"Bye mom."
"Bye sweetheart!"
I started playing my music out loud since my headphones are still at the agency. Eventually I got tired of the music and paused it.
"Who do you guys think will be free to leave first?"
"Probably you (L/N), I mean you only have two cuts." Todo said
"Yeah I'm sorry about that."
"What do you mean (L/N)?" Mido asked.
"I mean you guys worked so hard to fight him and I just stood there and hit him with a staff, and I couldn't even do that without getting hit. I shouldn't be thought of as a real hero either." I said, staring down.
"(L/N), you shouldn't think of it like that, what you did helped us too." Mido said smiling at me.
I looked up, I think I can definitely learn from this. I walked to the window and opened it.
"(L/N)-San what are you doing?" Iida asked.
"I'm gonna go get some soba."
"Are you going to get cold soba?" Todo asked staring at me with hope.
"Of course." I said, "I found my hero costume!" I yelled.
I put my hero costume on and got on the window sill.
"Peace out homies!" I yelled jumping from the window.
"What are you doing (L/N)?!" Mido yelled after me.
I used my air quirk and stabilized my landing. I ran to the place and payed with the money I kept in my hero suit. I looked at my phone to see that Iida and Mido texted me an order. I went back and got their food. I ran back and had to go through the hospital.
"I'm back with the food!"
As soon as I sat down the bag Todo immediately got his soba and started slurping it. I got mine and started slurping mine. Iida and Mido got there food. We sat in the room and ate and talked until Iida forced us to go to sleep.
