Vic had only slept for an hour. The drugs had finally worn off, and he was feeling much better. His head still felt a little dizzy, but he got his vision back. He could see lucidly again, and he had full control of his body once again. After his experience of drug use, Vic vowed to never take drugs again. This also remind him of something else.
Did Lance take that coke back from the Bikers? he thought inquisitively.
So he stood straight up, stretched for a moment, and exited the room. He walked out of the front door and walked down the street. The green and blue colors around the blazing sunlight was so vivid it caused the whole city itself to glow with those colors. The amusement park ignited with bright lights, including the Ferris wheel.
Vic continued walking up ahead until he finally made it to Lance's apartment. As Vic saw that the door was open, he walked up to it. There was Lance performing his dance moves over the music, Yazoo's "Don't Go."
"Hee!" Lance squealed as he continued dancing to the music. "Alright, baby! This is the Lance Vance Dance! You got to... pop it... and, uh, lock it... Yeah! Woo!"
Vic walked in and looked around. He stared at Lance in disbelief. It was crystal clear to him. The reason why he and Lance had never found the stolen coke from the Bikers was because Lance had been lying to Vic this whole time. He was secretly using the coke for himself right behind Vic's back this whole time.
Vic was now furious with Lance. He was using the coke to pay back the Mendez brothers, and Lance was just using it for his own selfish use. So he walked over to the stereo and switched the power button, turning the stereo off
"So this is where the coke is going?" Vic asked sternly, catching Lance by surprise. "Up your nose?"
"Hey, Vic... " Lance replied nervously, struggling to contrive an excuse for his actions.
""Hey, Vic"?" Vic asked, repeating Lance's sentence.
"What're you doing here?" Lance asked.
"You had me running around town like a psycho, and all the while you're siphoning it off for your personal use!" Vic snarled at his idiot brother. "You are unbelievable!"
"Hey... I'm sorry," Lance apologized. "Uh... Look, can we talk about this later?"
Vic's anger quickly altered to shock when he saw Louise suddenly enter the living room from the kitchen. Louise was equally surprised to see Vic there as well.
"Oh... Hey, Vic... Shit... " Louise stammered, almost speechless and barely coherent.
"Louise!" Vic cried out, gaping at his lover. "What the hell is going on?"
"Well, uh, um... " Lance chimed in, stepping in. He was so nervous and shocked that his brother had caught him by surprised that he was almost at a loss of words. "Uh, bro... "
Vic glared at Lance furiously. Lance could easily see in his brother's eyes that he was very displeased with him. "'Ey, 'ey, bro, it ain't nothing like that!" Lance protested.
"I wouldn't do that to you... " Louise told Vic as well. "I just needed something to take my mind off things."
"So you fucked my brother?" Vic asked abruptly.
"NO!" Lance and Louise shouted simultaneously.
"We just get high together!" Louise answered.
Vic just stared at Louise by surprise. Not only was Lance using the coke for himself, he was even offering it to Louise, and the effects it had on her as well truly showed.
"Goddamn, you are so judgmental, like you're a damn saint or something!" Louise snapped at Vic. "Why are you being such an asshole?"
"You are a mess," Vic told Louise bluntly.
