Vic and Lance were later staring holes at Forbes, who still had the flour bag over his head and the overhead light shining on him from above. They could not believe that Forbes had set them up a second time. Now it was becoming even more difficult to trust him.
"I know there's a major shipment coming in real soon," Lance told Forbes. "I've been to your apartment and I've read your files... "
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, I was going tell you about that," Forbes said, panicking. "The contact is at the White Stallionz Bar. They'll give you exactly what you need."
"You better not be screwing us!" Lance growled.
"Me?" Forbes asked apprehensively. "Gimme a break. I'm your best buddy."
This only caused Vic and Lance to be more skeptical of Forbes. He was starting to become the guy that was very difficult to trust at this point. So in order to be more cautious, Vic and Lance took their machine guns with them to prepare for the imminent disaster that would eventually come their way.
The two brothers then exited the building outside and hopped inside the Perennial Lance had gotten earlier, and Vic drove around the corner of Little Havana. The White Stallionz Bar was just down the corner, and Vic parked in front of the bar as he made it there. He and Lance hopped out and entered the inside.
The brothers looked around to find a number of bikers and the song "Don't Go" by Yazoo playing in the background. To top it off, the bikers were dancing in a rather effeminate manner, with two of them even dancing on each other like a couple of lovers.
"Something's not right about this place," Vic yelled over the loud New Wave music.
"Yeah," Lance agreed, comically missing the point. "I didn't know bikers were into disco!"
Vic just shook his head of his brother's stupidity. But he thought better of it and just ignored Lance's comment. "I think Forbes has fucked us again!" Vic shouted rhetorically.
Just then, a gang of the other bikers surrounded the Vance brothers. They looked all too into the two of them. "Your kind ain't welcome here," one of them told the two brothers.
"I wanna bareback the little one," another one said staring at Vic as if he wanted to seduce him.
Vic just stared at the bikers with his face twisted in disgust. Forbes had sent Vic and Lance into a bar replete with homosexual bikers, and it looked as if they were going to try to rape the brothers.
"Aw, shit... " Lance muttered. "It's two for one at the boy's club."
As one of the bikers tried to grab Vic to seduce him, Vic used his grapple moves to grab him by the neck and flip him over, knocking him out. Another biker attempted to do the same to Vic, only to have Vic grapple him as well and body-slam him to the floor. He then punched out two more bikers that charged after him and wrestled another one coming from behind.
Lance wasn't as lucky, as he wasn't quite as adept at fighting as his older brother, and was being double teamed. Luckily, Vic was around to help out and beat each of the bikers at a time. As the bikers were knocked out after a few seconds of fighting, more bikers came from the other side and started shooting at Vic and Lance.
So Vic and Lance pulled out their weapons and fired at the bikers gang. They killed every last member one by one, and everything in the bar was clear as the New Wave music continued playing. The brothers were now panting heavily.
"Shit," Lance grumbled. "Man, Forbes screwed us again! Let's get back and screw him, metaphorically speaking."
So Vic and Lance exited the bar and hopped inside the Perennial that was parked outside. Vic drove right back to the abandoned apartment complex, and to his surprise, he saw a familiar figure escaping the building. It was Forbes! And somehow, he had freed himself and escaped.
"What the hell?!" Lance shouted as Forbes ran up to a motorbike. "That's Forbes! Get him!"
"How the fuck did he get out?!" Vic asked as Forbes began riding away on the bike.
"Just don't let him get away, Vic!" Lance urged.
So Vic chased Forbes through the long roadway and pulled up right next to him. Vic then pulled out his machine gun and aimed it at Forbes, who was continuing to ride, oblivious to the Perennial driving right next to him. Vic then pulled the trigger of his weapon and opened fire. Forbes was struck with multiple bullets and fell dead to the ground.
"Aw, man... " Lance groaned. "I didn't mean for us to kill him."
"It's a little late now, Lance!" Vic grumbled as he continued driving Downtown.
He drove straight to the Palms Hotel and pulled up in front.
"I know there was something to this big shipment he was talking about, and I'm gonna find out," Lance said. "Later, man."
Vic watched as Lance hopped out of the vehicle and entered the hotel. Vic then heard his pager beeping and pulled it off his belt to answer it. The message was from Aunt Enid.
"Lance tells me he's running things down there," the message read. "He's such a good kid."
Yeah, he's good alright, Vic thought. A good pain in the ass!
Vic was still steamed of all the trouble Lance had gotten him into after the latter's arrival in Vice City. He was becoming more of a toxic nuisance to Vic, and Vic could only tolerate his brother's idiocy for so long. So he put his vehicle in park, hopped right out, and stormed into the entrance of the hotel to have a word with Lance.
