The sun was now beginning to set, and Vic was back at Marty's trailer to see what his next task would be for him. Normally, Vic wasn't used to doing any more tasks for Marty, especially after seeing the way he treated Phil's younger sister, but in this case, this was a special job for him, one that he couldn't wait to put in play. So Marty had Vic come over his trailer home to explain the plans.
"So, it seems I got some competition," Marty informed Vic.
"What do you mean?" Vic asked.
"Them damn Cholos are trying to muscle in on my repo business!" Marty snapped. "It's time I sent them a message..."
Marty then pointed to a box of grenades by his Bobcat. "Grenades?" Vic asked.
"I just wanna make sure they hear what I have to say," Marty told him as he began to walk back inside his trailer.
Vic was given the task to destroy the Cholos' vans in order to weaken their empire. Vic saw this as an opportunity to get vengeance against the gang who cost him both of his jobs. So he hopped into Marty's Bobcat and drove off. He looked around to find some of the Cholos' hangouts in order to locate their vehicles parked right next to them. So as he finally made his way through Little Havana, he spotted a small empire building with a deliver van parked right in the front.
There were also a couple of Cholos that were standing in front watching over. Vic put the Bobcat in park and shot at the Cholos, killing each of them at a time. Vic then pulled out the hand grenade out of his pocket and tossed it to the delivery van, blowing it up instantly. The pieces of the van flew in the air, with the steering wheel flying past Vic and the tires rolling around. Vic just stared back without flinching.
That'll teach them Mexican assholes to interfere with my jobs, Vic thought.
He had a smug smile on his face. Never more did he felt so satisfied doing more jobs for Marty, as while he still didn't get along with the man, they both shared the same hatred towards the same gang, and it was about time for Vic to eliminate the Cholos out of the city once and for all. Vic wasn't about committing crimes, but if there was one thing he surely wasn't above, it was revenge. He never hesitated to retaliate against anyone who dared to challenge him, whether it would be physically and emotionally. Vic was not one to be underestimated.
Vic returned back into the Bobcat and drove around Little Havana once again. As soon as he approached the other end of the road, he spotted another empire building that appeared to be another one of the Cholos' hangout, and the other two members of the gang. Vic put the vehicle on park and hopped out to shoot each of the Cholos gangsters dead. He then reached inside the Bobcat to grab another grenade from inside and threw it at the delivery van. He watched stoically as the van exploded and blew into multiple pieces, which all scattered in the air as it fell down. That was two Cholo empires destroyed, now only one more to go.
So Vic hopped back inside the Bobcat and drove around Little Havana to find some more of the Cholos' empires. For once, he was actually getting in the hang of this crime business. It wasn't his inclination, but he knew that he had to do what he could to not only pay his brother's medical bills, to also survive. Of course, he still had to watch his back, because as soon as he pulled up into the road, he watched just in time to see a Cholo's vehicle dashing after him. Vic had already prepared himself this time and used his sub machine gun to shoot at them back.
He sped up as quickly as the wheels on the car could roll and eventually lost the vehicle. Vic wasn't complacent though. He continued to look around to prepare himself for more Cholos after him in vehicles. He drove around Little Havana to find the final Cholo hangout to take over, and before he knew it, he spotted another Cholo vehicle charging after him. Vic stomped harder on the gas pedal and held onto his weapon tightly prepared to fire at the Cholos. As the Cholos' vehicle got closer, Vic finally held his weapon to fire at the opposing car and pulled the trigger, spraying the bullets against the car. Vic continued firing as the chase continued to go on until the Cholos' car finally caught fire, and Vic sped quickly to avoid the subsequent explosion of the opposing vehicle.
By the time Vic made it to the end of the road, he spotted another Cholo hangout with a delivery van and two more Cholos. This time, Vic did a drive-by shooting on them and pelted each of them with a number of bullets. Vic also reached up on the passenger's seat to grab one of the hand grenades in the box. Vic pulled the vehicle to the curb, studied the van outside, and tossed the grenade at the vehicle. He watched as the van finally exploded once the grenade made contact with it. The pieces of the vehicle flew around the hangout and onto the ground.
Vic sighed in satisfaction. He was really liking this job, which was rather strange since aside from the fact he wasn't into criminal activities, he couldn't stand Marty and his dirty jobs. But he was determined to get back at the Cholos and wanted them gone for good. So he decided that he could continue working for Marty a little longer and drove away to return to his trailer home.
