Vic and Lance returned into the abandoned apartment complex to meet up with Forbes, who hasn't stirred in the slightest. The Vance brothers were standing over him, determined to get information out of him. The ceiling light was shining above him brightly as well.

"So you want information... " Forbes began to ask, "and what better source than a cop, right?"

"Hey, Vic, see?" Lance told Vic. "Great minds think alike."

"Yeah, fools seldom differ, dip shit," Forbes replied. "You want info? How about this? There's a dealer's boat mooring up Downtown today. The dealer's not the trusting kind, and he'll only meet one-on-one. He's carrying money and coke, and he doesn't believe in bodyguards."

"Why should we trust you?" Vic asked skeptically.

"If I'm lying, genius, I'm a dead man, right?" Forbes pointed out.

"I'll meet this guy, Vic," Lance suggested. "You can watch over me, and I'll see you down there."

So the brothers split up as they exited the building. Lance took the Cheetah to drive to the place, and Vic took Forbes' Stinger. The dealer was hanging out by the dock on the corner of Downtown. So by the time Vic made it there, Lance had already pulled up to the dock to meet the dealer.

Vic hopped out of the vehicle to take the stairs on the roof of the biker club. He pulled out a pair of binoculars to take a closer look at Lance from down below. After around fifteen minutes of waiting, Lance was slowly walking towards the dealer, and the two had a small conversation with each other. To Vic's shock, the dealer had suddenly smacked Lance on the head, knocking him out cold.

Vic watched as an unconscious Lance was being dragged onto a speedboat and the dealer hopped on to start the engine.

Shit! Vic thought, shaking his head in annoyance.

He ran quickly down the steps and darted towards the dock at the ocean to hop inside the Stinger. He saw the speedboat riding away and drove to the side of the railing to follow said vehicle. The water sprayed behind the speedboat as it zipped through the ocean. Vic drove as fast as he could to keep on the speedboat's trail.

After Vic made it to Viceport, he saw that the speedboat made it inside a large freighter ship in the ocean. Lance was being taken into the ship. So Vic drove up the ramp just up ahead and hopped right onto the ship, landing with a loud thud right on top.

He exited the vehicle and oriented through the ship to search for Lance. Vic found an entrance in the back of the ship and entered the freighter. He headed down the stairs to find a gang member shooting at him, only to get shot at and killed by Vic in the process. Soon, as Vic continued navigating the freighter, more of the gang members were firing bullets at him.

"Hey, over there!" one of them shouted.

These gangs were The Sharks, and their method of business were drug dealing and smuggling. Vic did what he could to kill off any member of the gang that got in his way. One by one, each Sharks member were dropping dead due to Vic firing bullets into them, and Vic continued to make his way through the freighter to find Lance.

He walked down a hallway and found three members of the Sharks all the way up back. There was also Lance, who was tied to a chair.

"Hey!" one of the members of the Sharks shouted as the trio spotted Vic. "You! Nosy asshole!"

They pulled out their machine guns to fire at Vic, only to get gunned down one by one by Vic himself as he ran to Lance and untied him.

"I thought this guy didn't use bodyguards?" Vic said.

"Forbes' info is seriously out of date," Lance replied. "I'll get us some transport, you get what we came for, and I'll meet you on shore."

So after Lance was freed, he darted out of the room and disappeared through the hallway. Vic followed along to exit the room and search all five cocaine packages. He found the first one just below the staircase and grabbed it as he headed up the stairs and exited the freighter.

As he made it back outside, he looked around to search for the other two. He went up some steps on the freighter tower and found another package on the second floor. By the time he scaled the top of the freighter, there were more Sharks shooting at him. Vic just ducked the bullets and fired back at each and every one of them, killing them one by one.

Vic then collected the rest of the packages and exited the ship, where he met Lance in a Perennial. Vic carried the packages and stuffed them in the trunk of the vehicle. After adjusting them inside, he slammed the trunk of the vehicle shut and walked up to the driver's side to face Lance, who was already inside the driver's seat.

"Hey!" Lance called out to Vic. "Make sure that no one can see it back there."

"Nice wheels... " Vic mocked.

"I was in a hurry!" Lance protested. "The sooner I offload this coke, the better. This junk heap ain't doing my image any favors. Hey, catch you later, bro."

"Hey!" Vic cried out as he watched Lance drive away. He was annoyed of the fact that Lance has forgotten to offer Vic a ride. "Yeah, don't mind me, dick!"

Vic shook his head as he decided to continue on foot. He wasn't in the mood to deal with Lance's impulsiveness at this moment. It certainly wasn't helped that the two were dealing with an undercover cop who might possibly turn the brothers in at some point.
