Diaz's goon flew over to Prawn Island and softly landed on the asphalt in front of the Mendez Mansion. Vic hopped off the Armadillo and watched as the vehicle descended in the air and flew out of sight.

Vic turned to the Mendez Mansion to find Lance standing there at the front door. As Vic approached his brother, the two stared at each other, giving each other the "Let's get this over with" look right before entering the mansion.

The Vance brothers met the Mendez brothers inside the living room resting on the sofa.

"The rear guard advances, unstoppable," Armando declared silently as Vic and Lance slowly approached the Mendez brothers to face them. "So, you are finished."

"Yeah," Vic replied.

"Diego - they are finished," Armando told Diego.

"Buenos," Diego replied.

" ...And none of us dead," Armando added. "The civilized life of gentleman - we have our money, so you are free! You must leave town of course and give us control of your other interests."

"Wha... ?" Vic started to ask.

"But you, your families, no one will die," Armando continued. "This is fair!"

"Fair?" Lance asked surprised. "Oh yeah - If you think getting screwed in the ass, then getting paid for it is fair. Then it sounds like a great deal."

Armando just stared at Lance dispassionately and rose out of his seat. "I find your attitude and your language terribly distasteful," he replied softly.

"Maricon," Diego added.

"Hold on, now, hey, listen - Mr. Mendez," Vic began to answer, "I, WE have done a lot of things for you. We kept the end of our barging and now you want us give up our interests?"

Armando then began pacing around the living room. "You came to my town," he started to explain, "you run around like a maniac. You bring the police and the DEA into my life, and now I want you gone. You are very lucky we don't have you dead."

"Hey, I made a ton of money for you, money I didn't lose," Vic protested.

"And now your done," Armando retorted. "You're obsolete."

"ARRRGGGHH!" Lance cried out as Diego jumped out of his seat to charge at Vic from behind. "Look out Vic - the mute!"

Suddenly, one of the Mendez's goons snuck on Vic from behind and knocked him out with a pistol whip to the back of the head. Before Lance had a chance to react, he was hit on the back with a baseball bat by another one of the goons.

Minutes later, Vic and Lance opened their eyes slowly to see a shade of yellow and orange up above. Vic was the first one to sit up. He looked around to find that he and Lance were now inside an oil rig.

"Arghhh, where are we?" Vic asked, rubbing his head.

"No place good," Lance replied, slowly sitting up as well. "I think we outlived our usefulness to the Mendezes."

Just when the two slowly picked themselves up on their feet, they turned to see one of the Mendez goons armed with weaponry facing the Vance brothers.

"YOU!" one of them shouted. "Shut up!"

"Hey, they're waking up!" another shouted as well. "Let's get this done quick!"

"Screw this!" Lance shouted as he and Vic dodged the firing bullets while splitting up.

"DIE!" the other Mendez goon bellowed, firing his weapon.

Unfortunately, the gangs' bullets hit the gas pipes, causing it to literally blow up in their faces as they all literally went down in flames as well. They all screamed in pain as they were eventually burned to death. Vic and Lance remained unscathed, but Lance was now trapped on the other end of the rig right behind the burning flames.

"VIC!" Lance cried out in terror. "I'M TRAPPED - GET ME OUT OF HERE! I'm not supposed to die like this!"

So Vic needed to think of a way back inside the fuel tank to rescue his brother. Luckily, as he walked onto the platform of the rig, he saw a pistol lying right on the ground. He ran over to grab it and used it to shoot more of the goons that were gunning for him.

Vic navigated through the rig and swiped one of the goons' machine guns. He also ran up from behind the huge tank and used the machine gun he stole from the goon to shoot down one of the valves right inside so the oil would turn off.

After nailing the first valve, Vic saw that there were more goons in his way. He just simply dodged the bullets fired at him and fired back at the goons, killing them each at a time.

After the goons were out of his way, Vic went through the rig and saw another valve, shooting it on the process as well. As he dashed around the rig, Vic felt himself sweating rapidly. It was rather hot around the rig, and the fuels in the pipes were burning at such a degree. It was almost like being trapped inside an oven.

Vic ignored his profuse perspiration and continued navigating through the rig to search for the final valve. He finally made it to the end and saw the final valve up ahead. So he didn't hesitate and used his machine gun to shoot the final valve, turning off the oil completely.

Now wasn't the time to celebrate, however. Vic still needed to rescue Lance from inside. So in a fortuitous manner, he spotted a motorbike parked up ahead and hopped on it, as well as spotting Lance up ahead.

"Come on man!" Lance cried out, running to Vic. "Let's go!"

Lance hopped onto the motorbike along with Vic, and the latter rode as fast as he could straight ahead.

"Come on!" Lance urged vociferously. "We're not gonna make it out of here!"

Vic continued riding and hopped off a ramp and out of the oil rig just in time as it exploded in flames. "WOOO-HEEEE!" Lance shouted in relief. "Now that's what I'm talking about!"

Vic and Lance made it out of the oil rig alive, but were unfortunately faced with a new problem now.

"Great!" Vic groaned in annoyance. "Now we're at war with the Mendez brothers."

"It's all cool, bro," Lance told him. "I'm a man with a plan. Just give me a little time."

Vic didn't wanted to argue with Lance. He decided to just simply drop Lance back to his apartment and rode off. Since the Mendez brothers were now against Vic and Lance, the Vance brothers were going to need every muscle they could throw at the Bolivian drug lords.
