Vic finally made it Downtown and paid the taxi cab driver as he exited the vehicle. Bryan Forbes' apartment appeared to be a tall, white building on the end of the city. Lance had also informed Vic that Forbes' apartment room was on the top floor at door number 111. So Vic took the elevator all the way on top and made his way to door number 111.

Inside the apartment building was a black sofa that Forbes and Lance were sitting on having a discussion, as well as some table and chairs and a window view port right behind. Forbes appeared to be a Caucasian man with receding brown hair wearing a white suit and a pink shirt underneath.

"'Course, you can't kid a kidder," Forbes told Lance as the latter let out a chuckle. Forbes then turned to the door to find Vic entering in. "Hey, Vic!" Forbes greeted, hopping out of his seat.

"Hey," Vic greeted back.

"Yo, bro, wassup?" Lance greeted with a chuckle as he jumped out of his seat as well.

Forbes then stood in between the two Vance brothers. He was a very tall man, about at least 6'6". "So, Vic," he started to tell Vic, "you wanna hear about a little plan that is going to make us three very rich?"

"Very rich," Lance repeated.

"So what's the risk?" Vic asked.

"Well, let me put it like this," Forbes started to explained as he walked back to the sofa and took a seat, "you will not be handling any drugs. All I need you to do is keep the cops busy while Lance and I steal some merch' off the scum who brought it into this country."

"The drugs are already here," Lance specified, "so we ain't drug trafficking."

"Exactly!" Forbes replied. "You're just the decoy. All you gotta do is make the police THINK you're carrying. They can't arrest you for that."

"No, but they can shoot me," Vic responded.

"Don't be ridiculous!" Forbes protested.

"Yeah," Lance agreed as he walked over to Vic and gave him a slight smack on the back. "Come on, man! Come on."

"Vic, you'll be fine!" Forbes told Vic. "Rich and fine."

Vic took a second to think. While Lance and Forbes technically weren't involving drugs in this mission, Vic still wasn't a guy who would take being used, especially as a decoy. On the other hand, however, it seemed like a rather tactful way to manipulate the police. "Alright, let's do it," Vic agreed reluctantly.

"Yeah!" Lance added. "Let's pop!"

The trio headed outside and hopped inside the brown Sentinel parked at the front. Vic took the wheel and began driving, entering the road. As he drove straight down through Downtown, the bright lights around the streets shone around. There were barely any cars in the streets during the night.

As Vic finally made it to the end of the street, he saw a white building up on the right side and made a right turn on the parking lot, where he spotted the white van parked at. So Vic parked the vehicle adjacent to the van and hopped out to hop inside the van. Lance hopped into the passenger's seat while Forbes took the back.

Vic then drove up ahead and made a right turn on the road. He drove straight until he made a right turn on Little Haiti, where he saw the yellow warehouse up ahead. He drove inside the garage, with the policemen on the top of the buildings watching from above.

After the trio hopped out of the van, Vic, Lance, and Forbes studied the van they were driving to the other van on the right side. It was far much brighter a white color than the one Vic was driving.

"This is gonna be the decoy van," Lance stated. "Come on, Vic, you drive."

"This van's the wrong color, Forbes," Vic told Forbes.

"Relax," Forbes replied. "It's nothing a little paint can't fix."

So Lance and Forbes spent the next minute and a half respraying the van that Vic drove to look identical to the van that was parked to the right side.

"This van is good to Van Gogh!" Lance said as he and Forbes had finally finished.

"Yeah, funny," Forbes replied. "Vic, take the decoy and lead the cops away from here. We'll let you know when we're home free."

So Vic was given a radio transmitter for the decoy and hopped inside to drive right out. As soon as Vic drove out of the warehouse, he got the police's attention and the police cars started chasing him. Vic just continued to drive steadily to keep them on his tail.

"Breaker - Breaker," Lance said over the radio speaking in transmission jargon. "What's your twenty?"

"For Christ-sake's Lance, speak English," Vic groaned.

"Uh, yeah... " Lance started to answer. "We're on our way. Keep the cops busy."

So Vic continued driving down the road to keep the cops on him as distraction. Meanwhile, Lance and Forbes were trying to reach their destination without getting suspected by the police. Vic kept his cool, as he didn't wanted to come off as fearful. He wasn't a coward, and it could have been a lot worse. He would have been attacked by the military force at the Fort Baxter Air Force base.

"We're nearly there," Lance told Vic after about three minutes. "Just a little longer"

The deliberate chase lasted for a good ten more minutes, as Vic drove everywhere, from Viceport through Little Havana, keeping the cops on him. After a while, Vic finally heard his radio static.

"We're there!" Lance finally said. "Ten-Ten, let's do it again, big cowboy. Lose the smokey, Vic. You're all done!"

So this was finally about time for Vic to stomp on the gas pedal this time. He drove straight down the street and finally came across the Paint 'n' Spray shop, where he drove inside, as the cops, still oblivious to Vic's hiding spot, drove past the shop. The garage door slowly opened, and Vic backed out on the open road, sighing in relief. He couldn't return back to Forbes' apartment to face his brother again.

Lance is on his own with that Forbes guy, Vic thought.

So he decided to drive back into his apartment in Viceport to get some sleep. It was a minute past midnight, and Vic was getting tired today after so much work.
